I had a wonderful experience working with the *** team. From the salesperson who brought numerous amounts of samples. To the install team which removed the old floor and all the debris.And installed the new floor fast and efficiently. The installers moved the kitchen furniture and appliances. The floor itself is lightly textured so it's not slippery when wet. It has a solid feel underfoot and since it was a kitchen install I chose a product that was waterproof. I was on the fence about going since I had specific tastes that I wanted in specific locations, and I wasn't sure whether this place offered them all. To tell you the truth, I intended to shop at several other locations but I was surprised this location offered everything I could ever wish for under one roof.

The staff from National Floors Direct were on top of things! They matched the carpet we were looking for, their installation crew moved the furniture, and there was no charge for the cushioning. No additional or hidden fee!

The whole experience from start to finish was great. The sales rep was professional and very friendly. The setup process was super easy and we were able to set up an appointment for the floors to be installed that week. When it was time for install the install team was timely and super professional. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done properly and even went to ********** to get an extra transition piece at no extra cost. NFD was professional from the start. They took so much time to explain everything to me and really worked within my budget. The crew who did the floors were curteous and professional as well and they did a fantastic job. My floors came out absolutely beautiful. I couldnt be happier!

Flooring crew came in the time range provided. They were very professional. They completed the job in few hours as it was small job. They cleaned the area after the job. And floor color matched the existing floor perfectly.

It is reassuring to know that professional honest companies such as this still exist. I recently had 2 rooms of carpeting done and was dreading it but National Floors Direct were a pleasure to work with. They provided a no pressure in ************ with plenty of samples. They scheduled the installation at a time convenient to me. The install team were great at their job.

I had a great experience with National Floors Direct. This company was by far the easiest to deal with, compared to a few big box stores and another national flooring company I was looking at. The initial appt was easy to schedule, and the sales person was professional and timely. She brought a great selection of samples. What a great experience I had with National Floors Direct from start to finish. They were on time. They removed my old carpet then installed the new one. They were very neat and polite and organized. I highly recommend using this company.
