I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review. NJ29103. I am very happy with my new floors. The color and look is beautiful. My sales rep David was great. He was helpful, knowledgeable and kind. The installation went well. It was finished in one day!

I worked with David and his team, starting with an in-home consultation. It was easy to schedule the first visit and David was very communicative on the day. I selected a great carpet that the team was able to install within one week. The installation team were lovely! They were on time, friendly, and very efficient. They completed the installation in a little over an hour and then did a thorough clean up before leaving. The price point was excellent! I needed floors for my basement office / gym and they made the process very simple. The came to my home at the designated time and the measurements were done fast. The floors could have been installed the next day but I needed custom trimming and they were able to make those as well. Installation was done fast as well with no issues. They cleaned up afterwards and left everything tidy. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.

It's been exactly two weeks since we got new floors installed by National Floors Direct. We chose Mohawk Flooring / Coffee House Tan. From the moment they were installed I haven't been able to take my eyes off of them. They are perfect! The color, texture, finish and workmanship are such a delight to see. Had water damage at my rental property and needed a quick fix. Was initially uncertain who to go with but the simple fact they do next day install was a no brainer...understanding the crunch I was already in. From the sales to the scheduling and install super simple....no headaches which is what you want from a company. Great customer service, quality product at a fair price.

From start to finish it was an easy process! First appointment a sweet girl came by and allowed me to take my time to pick the right color and carpeting for the area. She scheduled an install date at that initial appointment. The install came and two men arrived and removed the previous carpeting and laminated. They cleaned the area and installed the carpet quickly. The men were able to seamlessly complete a large living space and bedroom in about 2.5 hours from start to finish. Everyone from sales to customer service were outstanding. The installation went quick and smooth and the installers were wonderful. They moved our furniture out of 4 rooms and back in like professional furniture movers. They cleaned up thoroughly too! We are very happy with our new carpeting.
