National Floors Direct did an amazing job with my new flooring. I had carpet and flooring installed at the same time. Both flooring teams were on time, quickly completed their installs, hauled all old carpet and flooring away, and did an outstanding job! Great company with great customer service. I highly recommend using them and I will definitely use them again with *************** needs! I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.

I couldn't be happier that I decided to go with National Floors Direct for new carpets in my new house. They were pleasant and very accommodating from the very start. I moved in to my new house less than a month prior to getting the floors done so I really appreciated their promptness and ability to get the job done so quickly without any hassle. Efficient is the best word to describe the installers. They knew what they were doing and did it well. I will definitely be using them again when I get my first floor remodeled.

Its started with the call, the team was friendly and work with my schedule to be able to show me their product. When the sales rep came he took his time and focused on my needs and my wife's wants. He took his time and demonstrated his flooring compared to others. We did have other companies give us a presentation but none like this one. He was able to show us what the floor would look like with different colors and lighting. He basically did a mock up right on his iPad. We have cats that decided to ruin our carpeting. We shopped around for replacement flooring options and decided to go with something more durable. National Floors Direct came up as a highly rated company with some options we may be interested in. An appt was set up and the representative arrived on time and was polite and knowledgeable. National Floors Direct was recommended by a colleague. The salesperson was prompt and friendly. There were no high pressure tactics used, just a respectful negotiation of what ended up being a fair and reasonable price for the material and labor involved. Received reminders of scheduled installation. The installers were courteous and professional. Move all items with care, moved everything back when completed and did a thorough cleanup. Will use again for next project.
