I purchased a $5,000 couch from here. It cam with a rip, stitching was coming off and one of the recliners wasn't working properly. It took them a month to get out her from the new purchase. They want to glue the rip instead of replacing the damaged furniture. Then they want to take the couch apart and see if they can put an entire new mechanism in the recliner. Stitching is bad not going to fix that properly. BEWARE OF THIS STORE. THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THERE NEW PRODUCTS. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The worst experience with their management, we just got our money back, $1700 we paid for a recliner chair, and that because they lied and were very disrespectful and rude, especially the manager called ******************************* Deerfield store, she lied, and was a total b**** toward me and my husband. And her manager covered for her thinking we were not aware of some details so he lied as well. Of course, we will never go back again, they don't deserve a *****!
Absolutely overpriced mediocre products and the most horrible service when trying to get a repair completed. I absolutely would not recommend the dump. I will continue to share the horrible experience on social media and with friends and family. Ordered sofa in March, not delivered until late May. Reclining piece broke within a month. Purchased the extended warranty. Have been trying to get repair since July. Still no resolution.
They sold us a beautiful italian leather sofa and said we could pay for insurance which would cover "anything that will happen to the couch in the next year, wine spills, dog scratches, throw up, etc" We were told if we do not use the service to fix it, we will get a refund after the year. It was all a huge lie. We purchased the insurance for $500, called the company to come and fix our couch, 2 different people came out who are "contractors" from a third party and both would not fix the couch. I have written to The Dump executives with no response after multiple contacts at the local level. We purchased the leather living room set from the ******* store in January and received the sofa, chair, ottoman, and recliner on March 30 and it had craftmanship issues. I contacted our sales representative that same day with photos and he sent me a number to customer service. A technician from *** came out and he fixed some of the issues. Purchased a bedroom set from THE DUMP (appropriately named evidently). Paid over $5000.00 for a king sized bed and accessories. After 2 months of normal use, the supporting slats (particle board 1x3) cracked and broke, causing an obvious slump in the mattress. We are both average weight (180 & 110) and this occurred while sleeping, not moving. When contacting their customer service, we spoke with ******* who told us you took your chances when making this purchase, and offered no satisfaction.

In our tri-fold, there is a column for our customers regarding protection of investments. One of the options is to purchase the extended warranty and the other is called "I'll Take My Chances" which carries a service fee that we offered to our customer, but it was declined.
Their service policy is a slow to respond and does not care about their customers it make a difference in my future purchases with the dump you spend more time on the phone begging for help then you do sitting in your furniture *********************** *****
