Our rep did a nice job with answering any questions we may have and showing us the Birdeye site so we understood how to manage it.
Tanmay was very helpful and make sure to take the time to ensure we full understood the system and next steps. We admittedly took a little bit longer to get launched, but he was very patient with us during the entire rollout period.
I love the instant messaging and video chat the best but the review feature is great too

My issue with what happened is lack of notification that our certificate has expired. In prior years you've given us sufficient advanced notice to address it. For about two days, it harmed the confidence that users had in the emails we sent them from Birdeye - and it was a very large batch. Its important that you get your notification of certificate expiration back into order.
The team member was Excellent, he gave directions that were clear and understandable to get the job done.
She was awesome! Nidhi double checked everything for me, answered all my questions and even let me know about a Bird Eye feature we weren't using. Thank you so much for all the info, and they follow up with an email going over the details of the call. Top notch service. Thank you!
