Birdeye has been a great experience so far (2 weeks in). Swati did a fantastic job onboarding our business and making sure every feature was explained in detail and left no questions unanswered. We have already increased our number of weekly reviews significantly and love that their team takes the grunt work off our hands so we can focus on other aspects.

Outstanding customer service. And this should come as no surprise given that BirdEye's main strength is providing their clients with tools that help enhance their business's customer service efforts. Shivashish, Ryan, and Shaun, were all super helpful, knowledgeable and fun guys to work with. Shivashish (people call him Shiva for short) was especially delightful to work with and trained our entire team on the basics of the platform in a single session, while providing ongoing, responsive support. Would definitely recommend this company and service if you wish to communicate with your customers more efficiently and effectively.

Birdeye very satisfied with this software because it is design for fast pace task. PROS This software is very easy to use, just a few steps you need for you to enjoy this application.
