By far the best onboarding experience I have ever had with a platform like Birdeye. Everyone we have worked with has gone above and beyond to help us and thus far we love the platform. It’s definitely helped us uplevel what we offer clients (I own a boutique marketing agency).
From first contact to implementation has been a great experience. The first gentleman who reached out to me was very patient and understanding of my busy schedule. I rescheduled on him multiple times and he never once lost his patience or got aggravated with me. The sales call went well and Birdeye had everything I was looking for. They were even willing to work on the price for me.. As a small family owned business, this was very important to me as I don’t have a huge marketing budget. Implementation and training with Rikita has been a great experience. All of the on boarding was easy to understand and the software is easy to use and I now feel like I have a great tool to help me with all the various side jobs of business owner has to do nowadays to maintain Presence online.
