I would not advise using Natl Floors Direct. The salesman came out with samples & after I chose a couple types of carpet to quote I told the salesman that I would not be making a definite decision today. The salesman said he then had to call his office to see if he was allowed to give me a quote, because I wasnt ready to make a decision. He then gave me a quote at $5/square ******** said that was too high, so he called his manager ******* back and I was told it would then be $2.99/square foot. I wish I could rate a company zero. They took my money today & there has been no carpet installed AT ALL. I have paid over $2500 on literally nothing. **************** has been no help and they said there is nothing they can do. This company is a scam which I will report the Better Business Bureau. Let my terrible experience save you from this disaster of a situation.I have no carpet and my money is gone & it will not be refunded.
Absolutely disgusting people, I made the mistake of calling these people to give my in laws a quote. I told the person I spoke that I would not be there.The sales rep turned up at the house, he sold himself and somehow managed to get a sale and a deposit.But somehow my name has been signed on the contract even though I was never there.They turned up to install the flooring and my in laws were told that they would have to the full balance before the floor was laid, RED FLAG..The product sold to my in laws was not the product ... read more
The customer service is absolutely horrible. The supervisor ***** stated that the customer is not always right and she disconnected the call twice. ***** did not allow me to finish speaking.
Horrible products and even worse installation. Promised the world received worse than Id ever have expected. They dont stand behind their subcontractors work and the sales man was a ball face liar. National floors is a joke! The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I cant leave the review with negative stars or I would give them a -50 stars. Not even 1 Star, terrible service and the worst company too deal with. They take you money first and out source your job. You are dealing with 5 people or more. I beg the world to stay away from this company.
I can not give this company any stars as they came to my home last Thursday to do a flooring installation job that they gave us a quote for, and never finished the job. The installation crew also damaged a closet door to the point where it needs a major repair. They also scratched the new floor moving furniture back in place, they also removed the majority of the base boards for reasons I still don't know why and never put them back in place. Rip off company. Took a security deposit. Never provided services.I informed should they contact me again or step foot on our property Id file charges and or have them arrested.This is after contacting me to attempt to get entire monies.. when they provided ZERO SERVICES!
