These people are a scam. Their salespeople are ridiculously high pressure, you have only three days to cancel from the order date, by mail only so you really only have whatever day you signed on to get a cancelation out. If you do need to cancel after the fact they charge you 20% of the order as a "restocking fee" even if your order is a month or more out. Their customer service is terrible and won't answer questions even when directly asked. Do not deal with them.
We were told that the trim would match the floor, not even close, we were told we were getting a deal, **** NO. ******** service is the worst, the guys who did the install did not speak ******* had no idea what I was saying or asking. On 3/5/21 I called *** about an upcoming installation. I spoke with ******. This woman was so rude and unprofessional and would not listen to me at all. As I was talking she talked over me and repeated "ITS IN ***R CONTRACT". Then she made a gaslight attempt by saying she was sitting right next to the girl yesterday when she was talking to me. Horrible installation. ******* from day one. They were fast but quality is horrible and so was the work done.
Floor installed. Bubbled first day. ****** nails not all the way through the threshold. Just got a nail in my foot from sloppy work. I have pictures of a new floor that would make anyone laugh! Except for the person who got **** paying for it.
The salesman was fine and we picked out carpet for **************. We were given an installation date over the phone, called us the day before and had to reschedule as truck was delayed. Then the day before installation we cleared out almost everything to be helpful. We received an email coming 7:30 - 12:00. We waited and waited then called and were told installers were running late and couldn't arrive until 5:00. We didn't want work done into the evening. A big NO for carpets! They will rip off your money. Way too expensive. My advice, nothing to lose, just please get a quote from **********, way way cheaper and much better options. *** had only 3 types of carpets. Their cheapest option for 2 bedroom (Which they cheated on) is over $200 less than ********** for my 3 bedroom. And ** carpet is way better than ***. Didnt even want to give it a star. I only wish I was more diligent and looked at reviews before I wasted my money and time purchasing from this company. I had my floors installed in August 2020. What a mess. They cut the wood in my bedroom!! Beside it taking all day with 5 men there, I had to hire a cleaning crew to clean my room. ******* even sleep in my own room. Terrible customer service. They did not bring enough carpet with them and had to come back. Then reschedule again. Still not complete No recourse as they had demanded full fee upfront. Told there are no managers to speak to or anything they will do to help. Would never use them or recommend them.
