From start to finish it was an easy process! First appointment a sweet girl came by and allowed me to take my time to pick the right color and carpeting for the area. She scheduled an install date at that initial appointment. The install came and two men arrived and removed the previous carpeting and laminated. It's been exactly two weeks since we got new floors installed by National Floors Direct. We chose Mohawk Flooring / Coffee House Tan. From the moment they were installed I haven't been able to take my eyes off of them. They are perfect! The color, texture, finish and workmanship are such a delight to see. Had water damage at my rental property and needed a quick fix. Was initially uncertain who to go with but the simple fact they do next day install was a no brainer...understanding the crunch I was already in. From the sales to the scheduling and install super simple....no headaches which is what you want from a company. Great customer service, quality product at a fair price.
Excellent sales and customer service. The installation went very quick and smooth. They moved 4 rooms out and 4 rooms as if they were trained furniture movers. Overall, our experience was super and I would recommend National Floors anytime. Our *********** look great!

I was considering getting a new floor in my basement. I originally had carpet and wanted vinyl floors installed. I contacted National floors direct and they quickly sent someone out to talk about different options. I chose the flooring and was set up with an install date immediately. The workers came in a timely manner and were excellent. They cleaned everything up for me and removed it off my property. Great experience with the sells man and the guys that installed the carpet. They went above and beyond my expectations. They beat every quote that I got by more then 50% and didn't charge for a removal fee. Will be using them again.
I was greeted by a super friendly sales person who was helpful and knowledgeable about firing and helped me make a decision. A deposit was made then and the work scheduled. A week later or so two men showed up, asked for the balance of payment and the work began. They were friendly and expeditious, completing the work in under a day. Absolutely incredible. Honest, courteous, highly competitive and efficient. We were under a time crunch and spent numerous hours at carpet stores/big box stores trying to get quotes and estimated delivery time. That was horrendous. Someone suggested National Floors Direct. We called, had an appointment on Thursday and the following Wednesday by lunchtime the padding and carpeting were installed. They hauled away the old carpet.
