National Floors direct was a wonderful company to work with. The office was in contact thru the entire project start to finish. The crew arrived on time. My order was initially delayed due the national supply and chain command issue. I was having engineered hardwood floor installed and I picked a popular color that was out of stock. This company is extremely communicative and made the process run smoothly. Each representative I spoke with was prepared to answer any questions I had. During the first visit I was presented a nice variety of carpets to choose from and was able to secure an installation date two weeks out. I was very pleased with National Floors Direct. They came when scheduled. They wore masks. They removed the furniture carefully and put it back when finished . They removed the old carpeting and scraped away the underlayment. They made no mistakes in measuring or cutting and did a nice job. They then vacuumed and removed all garbage which they took with them. All I had to do was put back the drawers for the dressers and clean up some flakes that had entered the closets under the doors. We used National Floors Direct for our basement carpeting. We priced out carpet at local flooring companies as well, and National Floors Direct had the best pricing as well as the quickest installation date. SALESMAN WAS VERY PROMPT AND ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND HELPED US WITH A DECISION. NATIONAL FLOORS DIRECT THEN CALLED PRIOR TO ISTALATION AND CONFIRMED ALL THE DETAILS. INSTALLERS ARRIVED EARLIER THAN SCHEDULED AND EXPLAINED THE WHOLE PROCESS. MOVED FURNITURE AS PROMISED, REMOVED EXISTING FLOORING AS PROMISED BY SALESMAN ANDTHEY FINISHED ENTIRE JOB IN 2 DAYS(BIG JOB) AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. COULDNT OF BEEN A MORE POSITIVE EXPERIENCE.
Very impressed with National Floors Direct- friendly and professional sales, installation and customer service teams and quality work and products used. They were able to install floors in a timely manner within 2 weeks of the quote received. They were just short on some trim for 2 areas and just need to come back one more day. Otherwise all the flooring and other trim was completed in a day and installers had great attention to detail.
The sales process was low pressure and handled professionally. Kyle was knowledgeable, patient, and very thorough. As a former customer, we were provided with a very attractive final cost. Great experience all around! From the time I had a salesman at my home to the installation day, everything went smoothly. The price was fair and I feel I got a great value for the money that I spent. There was some minimal wall damage at installation, but nothing that a bit of paint can't fix. The only thing I would change is the window for installation. It wasn't necessary to be ready at 7 am when they didn't arrive until after 10. It would've been nice to be able to sleep in. Otherwise, it was perfect! I love my new floors... read more
