This has been a great experience. I initially received a high rough estimate from Home Depot prior to scheduling a real estimate of which they were intending to charge me just to receive. I called national floors direct and they had someone out to give me a price that same week, with the schedule for install to happen as soon as two weeks out. We purchased a "new to us" home. During the walk throughs I noticed the carpets were dirty. No big deal, we have older pets so I figured I'd just get them cleaned. When we moved in and the previous owner had removed all their own stuff, I saw just how bad the carpets were. Really positive experience with National Floors Direct, from scheduling of the first in home meeting to the installation, it was professional, timely, good choice of what we wanted, installation dates offered were great. Team arrived to install promptly, they were friendly, polite and hard working. We are really pleased with our finished floor, the room looks great and it was hassle free!

I recently had National Floors Direct out to refinish the floors in my basement. Upon meeting with the sales associate we learned about the best products to complete or project.
