I had a great experience with national floors direct. They came out measuered the floors and showed me flooring options. When we called they scheduled a date to come. The guys showed up and did the floors in one day. It was a great experience.

******* myselfman was very knowledgeable and very helpful next day installation was available which I took advantage of the installers were quick and did a fantastic job! They cleaned up after themselves and you would never know they were there. Couldn't ask for more. I will use national floors direct on my next project for sure!

National Floors Direct did an amazing job from start to finish putting in new flooring in my home. From the very beginning I felt like my time as a potential customer was valued. The process was so easy from start to finish. They had a lot of opening for a representative to come out to a time of my convenience. They brought beautiful samples. The representative was attentive and answered all of our questions, and explained everything very clearly. The price was great considering it was a space of over 400 square feet. National floors direct was great for our basement carpet project. The salesman was able to work with us to get a price within our budget. The installers were punctual and professional, and installed the carpet flooring in one day. They went over the project with me beforehand, and upon completion. I am very happy with my experience with National Floors Direct. I responded to a television add for a low price to carpet one room. I met with a company represent at my home and was surprised at the wide selection of colors that was available for the advertised price. I selected a color that was much differnent then I was living on for the last 15 years. The representative was very professional and helpful in helping me make a selection and place my order. I needed floors for my basement office / gym asap. The basement floors were really bad. They made the process very simple. The came to my home at the designated time and the measurements were done fast. Some of the basement floor was uneven but they took care of that as well. The floors could have been installed the next day but I needed custom trimming and they were able to make those as well. Installation was done fast as well with no issues.
