We had a great experience with National Floors Direct. From the initial meeting where we picked out which carpet we wanted and they took measurements to the installation date which we picked - everything went really smooth. We love the quality of the carpet and it looks so great in our basement room we refinished. The workers showed up on time and were very professional. My initial experience with the sales representative didn't go well at all. Because of this the manager called me and sent a new representative who was extremely professional as well as thorough and knowledgeable. Both install teams were very polite and quick. Communicating with NFD was easy which helped with planning my install. All customer service reps were extremely polite. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.
