I had national floors direct and two other companies come to my new house to quote carpet in two rooms. National Floors Direct sent out a great associate who took his time taking precise measurements of my project. After the measurements he went to his truck and brought in several samples, we were able to choose the one we liked. National floors direct did a great job with our floors. They came for the initial estimate within a week of me requesting an appointment. The sales man was very honest and nice, he worked with us with our pricing. They worked to find an install that fit our schedule. Our install did have to be rescheduled but they were very communicative and helpful. The install was quick and the floors look great! I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.

National Floors Direct updated my living room floors and they were excellent. I was so happy with them , they were called to redo another room. Bedroom #1 looks great. My family loves the room.

We found National Floors Direct to be extremely easy and efficient to work with. We scheduled and in home assessment and quote that was quick easy and fair. Scheduling the installation was just as simple. The team showed up on time and worked out of our way until the job was done. The carpet looks great and we are very satisfied with the entire experience. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review for my order MA18778.

Setting up an initial appointment was easy. The representative was prepared and polite. I did not have to wait long to get an installation date. Phone calls were made to confirm the installation and the installers called when they were on there way. The final installation looks great.

I absolutely love how our floors came out! The workers did a great job and as promised, completed the job in one day. They were here for about 12 hours, but it got done. I was nervous because it was two days before Thanksgiving and we had a house full of people coming so I definitely didn't want my house pulled apart. The installers cleaned up well after they were finished and left the house neat. They mostly only spoke Spanish, and yo hablo espanol un pocito, so we had to use a translate app when I asked them if I could buy... read more

I saw your commercial on TV, and thought I give you a call. Well low and behold they stood up to their word. The sales representative was very informative about the product we were interested in. Excellent customer service and were fast in answering my emails and resolving my questions and doubts. The installers arrived on time and were very professional.

The installer contacted me early in the morning to inform me of his arrival time. He was prompt and courteous. The removal of the old carpet was performed very quickly and in a neat manner. The installation was done in a very professional manner. He installed, cleaned up and removed all of the old carpeting and remnants in about 1 hour and 15 minutes. National Floor did compensate me in the form of a gift card for writing this review. However, the gift card did not influence this review.

Totally satisfied with National Floors from the sales to installation. I recommend to everyone to just call them and see for yourself how professional they are. Love my new flooring.
