National Wood FLoors Direct were very professional and service oriented company. They worked with us from beginning to end to ensure we were happy with the wood floor we selected. The installers were even better. They came and removed the existing carpet and debris. SHowed us the wood floor we had chooses. Worked and cleaned the area. We are pleased with the outcome.

I had two bedroom floors replaced. Both my daughters picked out different floors. My salesman was a big help in getting the girls what they wanted. The day of install two men showed up. They had all the supplies, so I did not have to store any supplies I my home. The guys did a great job moving all the furniture and removing my old carpets. Order number is (MA-18062).I contacted National Floors Direct for a quote on carpet installation. After selecting the carpet and padding, the quote I received was great. Installation was scheduled and went great. This project included two bedrooms, a living room, a hallway and staircase. Quality of workmanship was great and they stayed on the job until complete. I would certainly use National Floors Direct again.

My purchase order number was FL11622. The Salesmen came out and was knowledgeable about the product. I was quoted a very reasonable price. The company was very prompt with the delivery of the carpet. The installer was great. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable that the job would be done right. I was very satisfied with the end result of this carpet installation.

I must say working with National Floors Direct (NFD)was a good experience from start to finish. NFD customer service was courtesy throughout my entire time working with them. NFD worked on my schedule without any hassle. ***************** notified before and after my floors were installed. The installers were very professional and finished my four rooms and staircase in one day. I was totally satisfied with National Floors Direct. I would highly recommend their services.

National Floors Direct installed carpet in my home and in thirty years of home ownership, it was the most positive installation experience I have had. The installers were on-time, brought the right product, moved our furniture without any damage, cleaned up after themselves and left our home looking amazing.
