I'm very happy with my new kitchen and dining room floors. The salesman was knowledgeable and helped me get exactly what I wanted. They even rushed and got the job done before the holidays. The installers were prompt and efficient, neat and courteous. I will be using them again. Thank you NFD for making my new home beautiful.

This was the best buying experience I've had in a long time! I was wary at first but we had a no pressure sales call at our convenience. Plenty of carpet options at difference price points. We even bought an extra room of carpet because it was so affordable. No surprises at installation. The price included rip out, carpet, pad, and moving heavy furniture. Our experience with NFD was great. We were able to have our rooms measured, select carpet and schedule installation all seamlessly. The representative beat our quote from Empire and provided a better quality product. The installers arrived on time and did a wonderful job. We would use NFD again. Super pleased with overall service from NFD. They replaced carpet in 3 bedrooms (including closets), removing the old padding and carpet and putting in new. They were diligent and careful. The installers arrived on time. They didn't rush the job to move on to the next one. The carpet was exactly what we wanted. Would definitely use again and recommend. I enjoyed every aspect of working with them. From the very low pricing to the installation, to the scheduling, and follow-up. Every detail was handled well by the NFD team. Between us, my husband and I own three businesses and have worked with tons of contractors! This is by far our best flooring experience. I will use them for all future flooring projects!

National Floors Direct helped us replace our basement flooring which was destroyed by flooding from Ida. The entire process was easy and efficient. We had great customer service from the time we put an online inquiry through to installation. The whole project was complete within 3 weeks. The workers were timely, kind and easy to work with. Process is super easy and transparent. From when we booked our sales appointment to installation. Many flooring options to choose from. Installation was quick and they did a great job.
