National Floors Direct did a wonderful job installing new carpet. They matched our budget and it really is great quality. The customer service was great and everyone that we worked with through the process was helpful and courteous. The installers made sure the work was done right and left a very clean area. I would recommend them and I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with National Floors Direct. *********************** in sales was incredibly helpful in assisting my wife and I with selecting a great looking floor for our finished basement. He was very well prepared, professional and friendly. The workers who installed the floors did a very thorough, accurate job. We have had our basement flood twice and the first company that installed our floor did not do as great of a job as National Floors. We could definitely tell the difference... read more

We had a great experience with national floors direct! The scheduling was easy and the install was quick. Everyone involved was very professional and helpful. Were very happy with the turn out. I would definitely use their services again as well as recommend them to others.

Although the timeline was slightly delayed due to unfortunate circumstances, National Floors Direct sent out an expert installer ********** who was able to do a fantastic job! He was extremely professional and could not have made us more happy with his work! Great job! I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.

National Floors did an excellent job with my kitchen floor. I had previously booked the job through Empire who canceled my install 4 times. After canceling that order, I called National Floors. Their representative provided a great deal on a vinyl floor. That vinyl floor ended up being cheaper than the laminate floor that I had originally booked through the previous company. On the day of the install, their representatives were on time and completed the job quickly. I was extremely happy with National Floors.

National Floors Direct is a great way to avoid all the hassles of buying flooring. The salesperson made it easy to select the flooring I wanted and he brought samples to choose among. I really love that all charges (including the pad for carpeting, installation fee, even taxes) are combined and the price quoted is exactly what you'll pay with no nickel and diming. The installer was prompt, very polite, and efficient. All in all, it was a pleasant experience buying from National Floors Direct.

National Floors Direct did an excellent job for us on our kitchen and laundry floor. Everything was professional and timely. From the first meeting with the salesman, until the last speck of dust was swept by the installers, we couldn't be happier.Great communication, timely installation, great products, unbeatable price and I would hire them again and again. My experience from beginning to end was great. Kieva was knowledgeable and friendly and was not pushy like other company. She also helped, made suggestions and helped with lower the price to fit my budget. Installation was fast painless. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. From start to finish they were very convenient and cost competitive. It was quite easy to schedule an appointment. The salesman was knowledgeable and courteous. The installers worked hard from start to finish. They moved all furniture. The place was spotless when they left. I would highly recommend them for convenience, price and courteous staff.
