My experience was very good with NFD. They came out to estimate the very next day and installed the flooring a day later. Prompt courteous and reasonable. They made sure I was satisfied and the product and finish was very well done. We are finally move-in ready! Kudos. I received a gift card for this review as well.

My experience with national floors direct was spectacular ! From the minute the salesperson arrived to when the installers left it was a perfect job. The quality of my variety is superb and exactly whateas presented. It has improved my home in every way. Great company, professional, and complete the job as stated. Sales representative was wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable of products. Process from start to finish was reviewed and followed and followed as told. High quality product (carpet) that added comfort and beauty to the room! Installers were a pleasure to work with. They did a great job installing the carpet and cleaned up to perfection leaving the area spotless! Couldn't be happier with the overall experience from start to finish!

I had a great experience with floors direct. From the beginning, they were very quick with giving me an in home appointment that worked best for me. They were on time for the estimate and gave me a lot of options. The guys that installed my carpet were also on time and very nice. They installed the carpet quicker than I ever thought. We have been planning on selling our house and knew that we needed to change the carpets to raise the value. The issue was, we were having the professional home photos taken on Thursday and it was Monday by the time i got around to looking for someone to install new carpets. The sakes person worked with me to figure the best selection on my price range and tried to help me budget a payment that would be good for me. My install date was quick, just 10 days. We had a wide selection of carpet to choose from. I was able to match the color that I wanted with no problem. The installers were on time.
