We were very pleased with our experience with National Floors Direct. The sales person who came out was very friendly and helpful and listened to us and was able to help us choose the perfect carpet. He was also very patient as we had a hard time deciding. I like that they are all name brand carpets. The installer was great too and I was surprised there was only 1 installer to complete 3 bedrooms but he worked efficiently and got the job done. I love our new carpets and would recommend National Floors Direct.

I was referred to National Floors Direct by a close friend who happens to work for the company. The process was seamless from beginning to end. My wife and met with our Sales Rep Gregg who was extremely knowledgeable, prompt and professional. Along the way we were contacted prior to installation to confirm dates and arrival times. We were incredibly happy with National Floors Direct. Our salesman was thorough, engaging, and stayed very late with us to help us pick the perfect floors. He committed to a price which included fixing our subfloor and we never paid a penny more. Installation was done in one day (including fixing MANY imperfections in our subfloors) and our floors look beautiful! We would definitely recommend using them again. I will definitely go through NFD if I ever need carpets again and will recommend them to friends as well. Everything was so easy. The rep came out, had samples, took his time with me and was very patient with me. Had a little confusion with the installation date when I had checked my email but they fixed it as soon as I called. The guys that come out to do the carpets were so quick and did an awesome job. They look beautiful! I LOVE the carpets I chose.
We met with Pierre and he worked with us and found the perfect floor for our living room. He also helped us get the best deal possible. The installation team was punctual, very courteous and professional. They did the job very quickly and meticulously cleaned up after themselves. We will be using NFD for any future installations.
