National flooring completed my daughter's room and I couldnt be happier with the outcome. From the rep who came to inform and sell me the product, to the installers who did an outstanding job. There was a slight hiccup with scheduling and even the product selected, but the installers stayed, waited and left me satisfied with their work after I was worried. They cleaned up and walked me through it and It turned out perfect.
National Floors Direct replaced my carpeting on two stairwells, my master suite, two office, and a long hallway. They also replaced the carpeting on my basement level with vinyl planking. I was impressed especially with National Floors Direct's customer service. From my initial call to their follow-up call, including sales representative and installers, everyone was professional and pleasant. I highly recommend them.
This experience was really great from start to finish. I was only in ******* for 3 days and needed to get carpet installed. I met with NFD on Tuesday at my condo for a free estimate knowing I was leaving town Thursday and needed to get carpet installed before I left. I was told that it could be installed the next morning. In less than 24 hours Order FL11514 was installed and it was done professionally and it looks great. Thank you I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review

From start to finish the service I received from national floors direct was wonderful. Everyone was very professional and organized. The workers were very courteous and explained everything before installing the new flooring. After completing the installation they cleaned up and walked us through the project to make sure it was to our satisfaction. We are beyond happy with the finished result and the quality has escalated the look of our home. I will definitely be recommending this company to friends and family.
Great company to work with. Prompt, courteous, a great value and the installer was a gem and moved appliances, put them back and thoroughly cleaned up when he was done! I highly recommend!
We cannot thank National Floors Direct for the amazing work they did replacing our floors in both our bathroom and entryway. The salesman that came to our house walked us through all our flooring options, answering all questions. He was also able to beat the pricing of all other quotes we had received. The installers came 2 days after the estimate, and the installers were all very nice and quick.
