I wanted a new hardwood looking floor for my daughters bathroom. The sales person was so friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly made my choices easy and fast. The installers came a week later and did a fantastic job. No mess, very professional. I would use National Floors for all flooring needs. The best!

First time using National Floors Direct. Everyone we dealt with in this company was courteous and helpful. Our laminate living room floor came out beautiful! Installers were very nice and efficient. The salesman was very nice and was able to answer all our questions. The men who installed our flooring made a great connection with my nephew. They cut their scraps to fit on the back of his toy truck. They also installed our floor extremely fast.

The guys were professional, punctual, and fast! I received a courtesy call a full half hour before arrival to make sure I was ready for them to start when they got to my home. They quickly removed the old carpet and padding and in under 2 hours had the new carpet installed perfectly. They moved furniture including a heavy china cabinet and nothing was damaged and everything was back in its proper place upon completion. Definitely worth every penny!

The entire experience was easy!!! From setting up the appointment, great sales person! Installation team was done in under 4 hours!! To the follow up from customer service.. We love our new carpets. Thank you!

My experience was great with NFD. Our salesman arrived on time and was professional and courteous. We would not budge on our budget and he was able to meet our budget. We had three rooms of carpet installed at a great price. The guys who installed our carpet were very professional and efficient. They were on time and installed our carpet quickly. I am so happy that I went with National Floors Direct for my carpet. The whole process took less 2 1/2 weeks from my Free In-Home Estimate request, to the completed installation. When I requested my Free In Home Estimate, I was called within 5 minutes, and an appointment was made for the following day for the measure and quote. David came to my home, brought a lot of samples, measured my room and gave me a quote. The saleperson, Austin, was great. He helped me get what I needed and he understood exactly what I was going for. When the guys got to my house, I was told they'd be there between 12 and 4, it was 3. I asked them to make sure all nails were pulled up, including the metal. The main guys said that wouldn't be a problem. They did the hallway and living room, but not my stairs.
