The salesman was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the best rug and padding. The pricing was the best. The scheduling was easy. The installers showed up on time and were very nice and considerate and did a great job. The rug looks very nice. We are pleased. The whole experience was top-notch, from the free estimate through to the install. We have big messy dogs and a high traffic area and the vinyl planks we went with are perfect for the space. They brightened up the whole area and we have gotten a lot of "oohs and ahhs" from our friends. There were a couple tricky areas (threshholds, etc) but the installation crew worked with us to make sure we were happy with their solutions and ideas. NFD coordinator Joseph did an outstanding job representing the company, he was aware of our needs and promoted an excellent package. I am totally impressed with how fast i was able to have two rooms done. Salesman came on Wednesday and on Saturday they installed. I had two bedrooms i wanted the carpet removed and laminate installed. They were all professional and answered all questions that i had. Before anything was done they made sure the color was what i ordered and the trim. Everything was cut outdoors and all the mess cleaned up and all rooms and outside. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

National Floors Direct was very fast and efficient with getting us new carpets. They were flexible with scheduling appointments so that we could do it when it worked best for us. The salesman was very knowledgeable and quickly got all of the information he needed to put the order in for us.
