I LOVE my new floors! From the representative who came to my home to measure and estimate, to communication from National Floors Direct leading up to the installation date, to the day of installation, the entire experience was so positive. The gentlemen who installed the floor were professional, worked non-stop and were so clean! They completed the job in one day, and did an amazing job! Would definitely recommend! Best decision I made since buying condo. From the free in home estimate,installation, and finishing was perfect. I would recommend them anytime you want to install floors. We made a call and the Representative came out quickly.. We got a good deal and chose high quality vinyl flooring. Salesman was patient and explained the various options of products. Wonderful Service! Purchase Order: CT29005 I had trouble getting a locally based company to come out, even had a few no-shows. National Floors Direct gave me responses immediately, and a rep came out in two days time! He was so friendly and knowledgeable, extremely efficient, and answered all of my questions. After getting quotes from different companies, we’re so glad we went with National Floors Direct. Everything was smooth from the salesman (Bill) to the carpet installer (Dwayne). We signed the contract the same day because it was cheaper to do so and they provided us with exactly what we wanted. Our carpet was installed 2 weeks later and we couldn’t have been more happy. The process was very simple and so worth it. The sales man was extremely informative. This process was very smooth from ordering all the way to installation. The notification system was very clear about when they were arriving so we didn't waste any time waiting around. The installers were very professional and courteous. The rug is a wonderful quality and a beautiful color. We are so pleased with the way the rug came out. The room looks stunning. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review
