Dealing with National Floors Direct was an absolute pleasure. From their Salesman that came to our home for an at home estimate. To then dealing with the scheduling of the installation, where National Floors Direct gave us an appointment date much faster than we anticipated which was extraordinary for us. To then dealing with the installation crew who were top notch, they completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned everything. They even left us the leftover carpet rolled up nicely to be used somewhere else.

National Floors Direct provided a top-notch hardwood floor installation for us last week. The installers were on time, did high quality work and cleaned the area before leaving. The hardwood is a perfect match for our existing floors, Great job we are completely satisfied with the work.

National Floor Direct has done an excellent job in carpeting my apartment. I had made contact with other carpeting companies and received their prices but none could compare to NFD in affordability. The agent who did the measurements was knowledgeable and helpful. He showed me several samples of carpet in various textures and colors. I was able to compare each and every one of them and with the help of the NFD agent, was able to make an informed decision. The installers were the best. I received a gift card for posting this review. My review is not influenced by the gift card. I would be giving National Floors Direct a very good review regardless. I entered my contact info in the *** website and got a call within an hour to set up an in-home appointment. The appointment was three or four days later. The representative arrived on time with plenty of samples to select from. Selection, measuring and preparation of work order took maybe an hour. Installation was scheduled about 3 weeks later. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review, nevertheless, my husband and I are extremely satisfied with a recent installation of a National Floors Direct carpet in our finished basement. The process began with an in-home visit from a National Floors Direct representative - she was knowledgeable and courteous and came prepared with all of the samples we needed to make our selection. I had a really positive experience with National Floors Direct from beginning to end. We'd been planning to get carpet installed after some other work was done, but had a room empty from a paint job and decided to go for it. I think I contacted them on Friday, a salesman came with samples on Monday, and we installed on Wednesday. The gentleman who came in with samples was wonderful in explaining the pros and cons of each carpet style, and the amount of selection was in the Goldilocks zone. Great workers, the men were right on time and did a great job getting the floors done. They were very professional, work was clean and neat. They made sure I was satisfied with everything. I did ask them to wear a mask upon entering our home and they immediately complied. I was pleased with everything!

I had carpet installed in are bedrooms and national floor sales man came in and was great working with us. Then the installers came in and did a great job with are rugs in and out of the house in 3hrs . Very happy with national floors .
