I would recommend National Floors Direct to everyone. I have used them in 2018 and again in September 2021 and the quality of work, the quality of materials in the same. The level of professionalism, the installation and finished work excellent. What they said that they would do at the consultation did happen and communication with me was excellent. Further the pricing was excellent

The process was easy and I felt informed. The sales rep was courteous and knowledgeable. The installers were generally quick, courteous, and cleaned up very well. Our carpet installed looks fantastic. My only feedback would be the window of install was huge, we got a window of 7:30AM-12PM and the installers showed up at 4:30PM. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review. National floors direct installed luxury vinyl in our home as well as ripping out and discarding our old laminate floor. The installers arrived promptly and were very professional. They worked hard and could barely tell they were in our home. The install was completed in a timely manner. When they were finished all materials and mess were picked up. The floor came out better than we expected. We will continue to use national floors direct.
