They came on time and worked very hard to make sure we were happy. They showed us the color of the tile before they began and had us look over the floor before they left. They were willing to go back and make a few quick adjustments that we asked for. They also made sure to clean up everything before they left. We would use national floors direct again. My experience with NFD exceeded my expectations. I was going to go with Empire The price was great, but after meeting with a sales rep from NFD very informative he came prepared brought samples with brands of something empire did not have where carpet was made and brand of carpet. They were more expensive, but they price matched empire and they were very flexible with scheduling. The installation was done in less than 3 hours for a large lofts area. The carpet looks amazing very satisfied. Will use again soon

The process was easy from start to finish. Our sales rep Christina was informative and lead us in the right direction for flooring that was right for us. She also had tons of samples which helped us make a decision. Installation was on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, and was done in just a few hours. They cleaned up fully and the carpet looks great. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for flooring! I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.

Excellent service from. Start to Finish. I was pleased with the whole process. The salesperson was understanding and did not pressure us to make a decision. The installers were awesome. The carpet is just what we needed, i feel like it is a new house. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review

From start to finish this was a professional outfit. Everyone was prompt, polite, and professional. The install was on time and finished on time. The floors are beautiful and the workers left no trace. I would recommend them without reservation. It's the only part of our project that was done quickly and efficiently. Even payment options were ahead of the curve. They offered me a gift certificate to provide an honest review.

Very happy with my new carpets! Everyone from the sales rep, install team, and customer service great! Install team worked very neatly and quickly and were very professional. Brian the sales rep was very patient and did a great job explaining everything that would happen. Would definitely recommend

National Floors Direct is a great company to use! The salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He explained the various carpets and padding. He measured the floors with ease. We received great customer service; they followed up with calls after the sale and prior to the install dates. The installers moved some of the furniture in and out of the rooms without hesitation!
