This has been a great experience. I initially received a high rough estimate from ********** prior to scheduling a real estimate of which they were intending to charge me just to receive. I called national floors direct and they had someone out to give me a price that same week, with the schedule for install to happen as soon as two weeks out. We purchased a "new to us" home. During the walk throughs I noticed the carpets were dirty. No big deal, we have older pets so I figured I'd just get them cleaned. When we moved in and the previous owner had removed all their own stuff, I saw just how bad the carpets were. I called National Floors Direct, met them at the house a few days later, measurements were taken, carpet was picked out, verified they had enough in stock so I didn't have to wait weeks, scheduled the installation for the day before our move it. Had a great experience with the sales rep. ***** were plenty of colors/styles to choose from. The installers were quick and efficient. The work was done very well and we are extremely satisfied. Very happy to have these new floors!

The sales process was low pressure and handled professionally. **** was knowledgeable, patient, and very thorough. As a former customer, we were provided with a very attractive final cost. In the days leading up to the installation, we were provided with multiple reminders. The installation crew was on time, professional, very polite and very neat. The finished product looks fantastic and we are very pleased with the service. We would be happy to serve as a reference to **** and NFD.

Great experience all around!From the time I had a salesman at my home to the installation day, everything went smoothly. The price was fair and I feel I got a great value for the money that I spent. There was some minimal wall damage at installation, but nothing that a bit of paint can't fix. The only thing I would change is the window for installation. It wasn't necessary to be ready at 7 am when they didn't arrive until after 10. It would've been nice to be able to sleep in. Otherwise, it was perfect! Highly recommend!

I had national floors direct and two other companies come to my new house to quote carpet in two rooms. National Floors Direct sent out a great associate who took his time taking precise measurements of my project. After the measurements he went to his truck and brought in several samples, we were able to choose the one we liked. Then we talked numbers, although the original quote came in higher than the others, not only did national floors match the lowest price, they beat it. We found National Floors Direct to be extremely easy and efficient to work with. We scheduled and in home assessment and quote that was quick easy and fair. Scheduling the installation was just as simple. The team showed up on time and worked out of our way until the job was done. The carpet looks great and we are very satisfied with the entire experience. This is an honest review for my order MA18778.

National Floors Direct updated my living room floors. Job well done. I decided to update a second room. Bedroom #1 was also done in Cherry Spice . My family loves the room.
