The installer contacted me early in the morning to inform me of his arrival time. He was prompt and courteous. The removal of the old carpet was performed very quickly and in a neat manner. The installation was done in a very professional manner. He installed, cleaned up and removed all of the old carpeting and remnants in about 1 hour and 15 minutes. LOVE MY NEW FLOORS! First time using National Floors Direct and the experience could not have been better. From the time of making appointment until installation everything went smoothly. Our sales person came prepared, on time and with lots of options. He was super knowledgeable and gave us great quality and pricing. Installation was on time and very professional. Had a great experience working with National Floors Direct. I was pressed for time and needed the job done quickly. The sales person came out and spent a decent amount of time working with me to get the best price (they beat the competitor as promised!). The installers arrived in the window of time and worked diligently to get the job done in one day. They were professional and polite. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others!

The free in home estimate was painless and scheduled within days. The sale rep really took the time to understand my concerns and needs. After purchase the installation was scheduled within a reasonable time frame and communication throughout the process was great. During installation the techs arrived promptly and got right to work. They were in and out within 3 hours and the floor looks perfect. I have no complaints. National floor direct exceeded my expectations.

We appreciated all of the people from NFD.. the consult, the sales rep, and the install people were amazing. They were all timely, effective, and respectful. Sales rep even took his shoes off at the door! He made sure every one of our wishes were met before he left. We appreciated his genuine concern for our thoughts and feelings! Would recommend!!!!

National Floors Direct was fantastic. They were prompt and flexible with their estimate times. NFD was able to get close to a previous estimate with a guaranteed installation date of 2 weeks. The installers were quick and efficient. I will use national floors again for any of my flooring needs.

National Floors Direct helped us replace our basement flooring which was destroyed by flooding from ***. The entire process was easy and efficient. We had great customer service from the time we put an online inquiry through to installation. The whole project was complete within 3 weeks. The workers were timely, kind and easy to work with.
