We had a great experience with National Floors Direct. The saleswoman came out and discussed all the different carpets with us and informed us of each carpet’s best qualities. After giving us ample time to make our choice, she worked around our vacation for an installation date. Once the installer came, he worked tirelessly for HOURS to get the job done. We wanted to surprise my step-daughter with a complete transformation of her bedroom. We only had 3 days to do it while she was out of town visiting friends. Part of it was going to be a new rug. My experience with National Flooring Direct for the installation of hardwood flooring in two rooms of my home was excellent. I was offered a gift card for posting me honest review but would have gladly done so without compensation. The installers arrived early in the "4 hour window" and worked hard all day. They worked for almost 10 hours and I was in my home the whole time and never saw (or heard) them take a lunch break all day long. I was quite pleased and happy with my recent NFD order and installation. NFD kept me abreast from calling the day after the order was placed (to confirm everything) to calling 5 days in advance to inform and confirm the installation date. I was contacted as promised the morning of the installation providing me with the time I was to expect the installers. We had a great experience with National floors direct! The sales rep, Robert Carlson, was really helpful. He was very knowledgeable and made the selection process easy. The installation team with Mr. Santana worked unbelievable hard. Their work was perfect and they took great care cleaning up and making sure everything was to our liking. We cannot say enough about that team.
Everyone I have dealt with from National Floors Direct has been wonderful. And I don't say that about everyone. I am very honest, and my honest opinion is, they have GREAT customer service! From the first phone call, to coming out to my house, the phone call confirmations, to the installers. . .all have been top notch! The installers came on a hot day in the late afternoon. Floors Direct by far exceeded my expectations from beginning to end. During the consult, Neil Schulman was very through in explaining all of my flooring options, preparation requirements, and payment plans. He took the time to find the sample of the floor I had orginally been drawn to. He was also very sweet to my dog (which honestly is always the most important thing to me).
