I received a gift card for posting my honest review. NFD showed up w/in the timeframe given. The contractors were courteous and friendly. Confirmed the product prior to install. Once the install was complete, they walked us through everything to confirm we were happy with the install. There were no issues and I would hire NGF again.
I am completely satisfied and happy with the new flooring that was installed last week. the installers arrived within the time frame and they completed the work in 4 1/2 hours. they transformed my basement's storage area into a beautiful living room. the price for this project was within our budget. If anyone asks for a recommendation I would have to say its totally 100% positive . Irene Egan

We are pleased with how our basement carpeting came out. The sales representative was a gentleman and helped us pick out the right carpet for our basement. It was an over all great experience. Jared the sales consultant was awesome. He arrived and was very professional. Listened to all our questions and answered all our concerns. The day of the install, the installers called and let us know they would be at our house earlier than expected. Very professional and polite. Fast and clean install. We will definitely be using national floors direct in the near future. Keep up the great work.
We had a great experience with National Floors Direct. They promptly answered my online inquiry and a salesman came to our place the same week. He was professional & knowledgeable, and walked us through every step of the process. They were expeditious in both their availability for quote and installation (although I did order carpet they carry in stock). The company has good quality for the value and workers picked up there mess and where polite ,great price and service.
When I first got to talk to NFD I knew it would be getting a good deal. From the sales person to the installation guys, everyone was really nice. I love my new basement and the carpet looks much better than the sample I’ve seen. It’s fluffy and comfortable. I can’t wait to finish furnishing and quick back and relax with my new carpet floor.
