I would recommend NFD to anyone. They were so quick to reply about our estimate. Within 2 weeks, we had new carpet on our stairs and we are extremely happy with the results. The sales associate was helpful in getting us the right carpet we were looking for. The installation was quick and easy and they cleaned up afterwards. Everything was so easy and getting a gift card to share this is very easy and so appreciative of their customers.

I had four bedrooms carpeted by national floors direct. The sales person who quoted my job worked with me and my budget to find a product that was high quality and we could afford. The installation team was on time and very professional. They cleaned up everything when they were done and even locked my house up for me. My basement needed help for a long time! So first, had a quote from a competitor, but I wanted a second quote so I called National Floors. They came right over and presented a presentation that explains the quality of the materials they use. To add to that, they use name brand materials that are made in in the USA. The sales representative did an excellent job measuring for the floors and she was able to provide us with multiple options that worked within our budget. Such a great experience working with National Floors Direct. From start to finish, everything went smoothly and we ended up with the perfect runner on our stairs. Everything was easy: a sales rep came to our home with plenty of samples and helped us quickly narrow down our options based on our needs/wants in less than an hour--way quicker than expected, though not rushed at all. I was very pleased with the installation of our floors. I needed 3 rooms done for a rental property i own. The week before the salesman came out to show me some samples. Once we agreed on a price for install, we were able to set an install date pretty quickly. The installers arrived early on the day of install. The 2 installers were very pleasant.
