Super pleased with services used from National Floors Direct. Replaced 3 bedrooms (including closets) of padding and carpet. Was exactly what we were looking for and wanted and they were able to give us a great deal. The installers were on time and were diligent with their work. They were careful in moving our furniture too. Would definitely recommend and use again.

My experience was wonderful with national floors direct. *****, who was the salesman was friendly timely and helpful when choosing our carpet. He was very knowledgeable and understanding and of Our needs and wants. ****** who was our installer was on time, Fast, and kind. We will definitely use a National Floors Direct in the future for additional flooring needs.

My experience was very good with NFD. They came out to estimate the very next day and installed the flooring a day later. Prompt courteous and reasonable. They made sure I was satisfied and the product and finish was very well done. We are finally move-in ready! Kudos.

National Floors Direct did a fantastic job from beginning to end. Their representative came out quickly to show us samples and measure our rooms - and they were by far the most responsive of the companies we spoke with and the quickest to be able to schedule an installation. The carpets look fantastic and it was all done in time for us to move into our new home. Thank you thank you!

What a pleasant experience! I was informed of every step the installers were taking before getting to my place. The installers were pleasant, friendly and did a quick and thorough job. I would highly recommend National Floors Direct over any of the other competitors.

I scheduled multiple consultations with various companies and this was the best. I scheduled a free consultation and Kieva came to do measurement and was very helpful in picking a carpet and helping with pricing. Installation was scheduled for 2 weeks out. I received a phone call the next day thanking me for doing service with this company. Very professional. Picking out a carpet is not fun. From the first consultation in our home to the installation, the process was made so easy. No running from store to store to find the best carpet or price. The two men who came to install were professional, timely and fast. Still have other rooms to have updated, so will be calling them again! Would definitely recommend National Floors Direct.I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review
