National Floors Direct went above and beyond our expectations. We had scheduled an appointment with a few different flooring companies, National Floors was the first one of the day. We were so impressed with Tonya that we signed the agreement on the spot, without even hearing from the other companies. I just want to say that we had the best experience with the quality of the installation of our carpet. The installers were very professional in moving our furniture out of the way. They very quickly removed the old carpet and cleaned all the padding and dust underneath the old carpeting. They arrived right in the arrival window and were very quick and thorough. As promised the installer called one hour before arriving. Upon arrival he was very courteous. He reviewed the order with me, and got my approval that the carpet was the right color. He moved all the furniture out of the room without damaging anything. The installation looked great when complete. The installer was very neet and cleaned up everything when he was done. He removed all the trash and you would never know someone was there working.
This was our third time using NFD in our home over the last 13 years. Each time we have had a great experience, this the repeat business (for different areas in our home). We were fortunate enough to have Pierre as our sales consultant again this time, which was a pleasant surprise. After comparing other options of providers we selected NFD and solidified our order.
