I finally got my bedrooms done. I had a couple of companies come for estimates. National floors direct inc was straight forward with their price. No hidden fees associated. They came at 10am to collect COD. Then they checked the rooms that were getting makeover. They worked nonstop until all the 4 bedrooms were done. Very pleased with the outcome, and they cleaned all the dust and debris. My order # NY28647

NFD was quick with a free estimate and had the best price. We only had to wait about a week before installation. The installers were professional and worked diligently to complete the job in 1 day. The new flooring looks great and we were happy with the customer service and the entire process from start to finish I will order my next carpet from them very soon.

Fantastic from start to finish. The customer service was phenomenal from the first phone call to the follow up. Sale persons were professional and prompt. We were given lots of options with detailed samples and pricing for our new carpet. The finished product looks and feels better than expected. The sales process was great and the sales rep was easy to work with. The scheduled installers arrived on time and were very professional. The product ordered was as advertised and looks great in the upstairs of our home. After the clean up there was no sign of anything even happening! I will definitely use national floors direct again! I had our den's carpet replaced with a berber carpet.. I was impressed from the very start of the process. The in-home consult to the installation went smoothly and we received a fair price. The two gentleman who installed the carpet were fantastic. Although an hour late, they were courteous and professional. National Floors Direct was easy to do business with for our stairs and upstairs hallway. The sales rep was able to measure, offer samples and book a date on the spot. The reminder emails and calls ahead of the appointment date made the process clear. The installation rep was very professional and efficient. We would use them again. the men who installed my flooring was very clean, . They installed my floor at a fast great pace. The installation was very easy and quick. The men were at my home at the time promised. could not ask for more than the great install I received form National Floors Direct. I will recommend them to family, friend and co-workers. Great floor to this company. I will use them again in the future.
