NFD did a great job installing my carpet. They were very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They were very professional as well. I am happy with how everything came out. I would use them again and recommend to a friend.

National Floors Direct was very fast and efficient with getting us new carpets. They were flexible with scheduling appointments so that we could do it when it worked best for us. The salesman was very knowledgeable and quickly got all of the information he needed to put the order in for us. The delivery guys were here within the window given and installed two carpets in less than an hour. They even vacuumed, took all of the trash with them, and made sure that everything looked good before leaving.

The process was easy and I felt informed. The sales rep was courteous and knowledgeable. The installers were generally quick, courteous, and cleaned up very well. Our carpet installed looks fantastic. My only feedback would be the window of install was huge, we got a window of 7:30AM-12PM and the installers showed up at 4:30PM. I decided to use National Floors Direct to install laminate on two floors after getting no response from two big box stores. National Floors Direct responded to my email within 15 minutes and scheduled a free in home estimate the following day which was a Saturday. **** our salesman was promp and professional and we chose our flooring and scheduled installation for two weeks. I was skeptical going with NFD due to all the negative reviews but I needed flooring installed in my basement ASAP as it flooded during hurricane *** (***). The sales rep **** came out on a Friday and was transparent about every aspect and honest when answering any questions I or my husband asked. National floors direct installed luxury vinyl in our home as well as ripping out and discarding our old laminate floor. The installers arrived promptly and were very professional. They worked hard and could barely tell they were in our home. The install was completed in a timely manner. When they were finished all materials and mess were picked up. The floor came out better than we expected. We will continue to use national floors direct.

My experience with National Floors Direct was a very pleasurable experience to say the least. The sales representative showed up on time, and he was very courteous. He was very professional in that he explained the different types of carpets plus he was not over zealous about pressuring me to buy the most expensive rug.
