We decided to install new carpet in our living room hall way and stairs. NFD sales person was great. He got us the best price and prompt installation. The installers were on time and professional. They assisted in moving our larger furniture that we couldn't move. Installation as quick and looks great. Installers did a quick clean up and vacuum when they were done leaving the installation area nice and clean. Great price great product Thank you NFD!
The salesman was very friendly and professional. When it came time for the install, we were given very specific directions via email. The installation team took care of removing and discarding all the old carpet. One issue I had was that I wasn't happy with the way the carpet was installed under the base board so I asked the installer to fix it which he did. Overall the carpet in both rooms look nice.
Excellent work, on time, used masks for covid. Salesman helpful in getting best price. Very happy with final project. Highly recommend
The entire process was great from start to finish. The floors look great. The install took more of the day for two rooms and stairs. There was no mess left behind, spotless. The entire staff was so friendly. So much easier than trying to find someone to install a floor on your own.

Excellent Service and installation. I made an Appointment was made and representative came with samples and negotiate a great price. I was able to pay via PayPal and balance due after installation.
The process was easy. I called. Set up an appointment. The salesman came. Presented the carpets to choose from. We negotiated a fair and reasonable price. I gave a deposit. I was notified of the installaion date. They installed the carpet ...it looks beautiful! It was a pleasure doing buisness with National Floors Direct! I was compensated for this review in the amount of a $25 gift card to Amazon!
I had a great experience with national floors direct. The whole process was quick and easy. They were able to install our carpet a few days after we received our in home estimate.
