I had a pleasant experience shopping with National Floors Direct. The sales agent was prompt, professional, patient and knowledgeable. Last Wednesday, I had my kitchen floors changed from tile to hard wood. Initially when the sales person came to my home, I was having him price out carpets for my family room. We got to talking and I had already mentioned when I made the appointment that I might be interested in hard wood. My salesperson thoroughly gave me an education on the different options I had to get the look I was after. We had an excellent experience with National Floors Direct. We were replacing carpeting in our lake house. Two bedrooms and a den area. We chose a Berber type carpet and the price was competitive. On the day of the installation, our installer arrived around 9:00 am. He was very polite and professional. He moved all of the furniture, ripped out the old carpet, installed the pad and then the new carpet. He worked all day, but finished the job and moved all the furniture back in place. I would definitely use them again.
This was our second time working with NFD and as expected....EXCELLENT! We had our three season room carpeting removed and had laminate tiles placed....what a transformation! The entire Team at NFD was wonderful, from the salesperson, the scheduler to the installation team. We look forward to using NFD again in the future for all of our flooring needs! Top Notch company!

We were thrilled with our experience with National Floor Direct, from the initial quote through the installation process. Our experience was very smooth, and pricing was reasonable compared to other quotes. We had a big project that took two days: LR, DR, BD, and hallway and entranceway. I was glad to have so much open communication with National Floors Direct. Our installer gave us a window of time for the day he'd be putting our new carpet in, and he actually showed up right on time. He handled getting rid of our old carpet and was flexible with any questions we had. Paying for the process was a simple 2-step process; down-payment and then the balance the day of installation.
