Everything was simple and quick from meeting with someone to have the room I needed done sized and choosing which carpet to be installed to the installation being done in just 45 minutes it was simple and fast and very professional This is the second time I’ve used them now and it’s been perfect both times I highly recommend national floors direct
We had a great experience with National Floors Direct. I filled out an online inquiry and received a call almost immediately. Within 2 days, a representative, Doug, was here and was very thorough. They even offered us a discount which was much appreciated. 2 weeks later our floors were installed. They came on time and were done quickly. I did a lot of searching around before deciding to use National Flooring Direct. I decided to contact them and they sent a representative to my house at no cost. The rep had a good variety of flooring and the prices were very affordable. I decided to hire them to replace carpet on my steps and vinyl on the landing. They let me informed throughout the entire process. The installation was fantastic! I’m will definitely hire them again to do other flooring in my home!
The free estimate was a great way to get an understanding of what would work for our home. The man who came was very knowledgeable and helpful. When it was time for installation I got multiple calls regarding confirmation and timing. The installers came early and did an amazing job. National Floors Direct who knew! Went to a "Big Box Store", wanted to get some information on carpet (to relay to husband). I had a bit of pep in my step, we were finally finishing our room project. I made it to the carpet area, found an employee (that took some time) then proceed to ask him a question on the carpet they had. National Floors Direct carpeted 3 bedrooms, a hall and staircase in my new addition. They made the entire process very easy and the finished results look great! They had a good selection of carpets for a reasonable price and were very easy to work with. The installation was on-time and the installers were very professional.
