The *** team was absolutely amazing. They were extremely professional and fast. The representative listened to everything I was looking for a delivered. The installers were clean and extremely fast with the installation. I got one room carpeted and they were in and out in 30 minutes.

Great Floors. I finally got my bedroom floors done. We had a couple of estimates from different companies. We went National Floors Direct. My order # NY28647. We felt they were more straight forward with their price and No Hidden Fees. The crew came 10am to collect COD. Then they wanted to see the rooms that were getting the makeover. They worked nonstop until the job was done. They left the rooms looking amazing.
We were very thankful to find National Floors Direct, as we were on a time crunch to get new carpet installed. The rep came out the very next morning with samples to look at. They worked quickly and found enough of the product we had decided on. The installation was done well. We were also satisfied with the color options available on such short notice.
National Floors Direct was a great company to do business with. They were professional, completed the job in a timely manner, and had excellent customer service. I would definitely use them again. The sales girl was amazing as well. Not pushy but helped me make a decision.
The sales process was great and the sales rep was easy to work with. The scheduled installers arrived on time and were very professional. The product ordered was as advertised and looks great in the upstairs of our home. After the clean up there was no sign of anything even happening! I will definitely use national floors direct again!
