DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! The salesman sold me flooring & molding they dont even carry. The installers showed up almost 2 hours late in a plain white van with PA license plates. They demanded cash up front before they would bring any flooring inside my house. They didnt finish the job until 11pm refusing to come back the next day. They are stating its Mohawk carpet samples are plush they try to install commercial thin carpet and stating l have lost my deposit stating I had 3 days to cancel the carpet was scheduled to be placed 2 weeks later be aware they are scamming. They sent two guys who didnt speak English and wanted to be paid cash before they startl refused it and they called their boss and he stated I had to get it done it was the wrong colorl then called the company and started l lose my deposit and thats $2000 plus
******** came to our house and using his trusted and expensive lazer calculator listed so many sq.ft. for installation. The total cost of the job was predicated on this measurement. A second floor company, using a simple app, calculated much less than the *** salesman. This companies salesman lies right to your face! They promise one thing and do another! They sent two Mexican kids to install our carpet that didnt speak a lick of English after the salesman promised the us that we would be able to communicate with them!! He also said they install new tack strips and they didnt! These two kids moved our furniture and put it in both our bathrooms so you couldnt even use them for over 9 hours!! Wish to give negative stars. Horrible experience with this company. The National floor direct floor vendor pretended to call to make sure everything was on stock locally. I needed the floor to be done within a week. He said they will. Once he got my business, they required the pay in advance with cashier check.2 days after starting the project the installers stop coming. **************** is horrific and extremely rude. The installers made a mistake and the company will not admit to it. They literally refused to talk to us and to fix the mistake I was charged an additional fee. The customer service was fortification needless to say that I had to stay on the phone close to two hours. They are located in ******* and it is hard to bring legal actions against them in any other state.
It was an attempt of bait and switch. We were promised tile removal, leveling of the floor, and full installation of carpet after an agreed-upon negotiated price with the sales person. It took three failed attempts, sending three separate crews because at no time where they prepared and willing to remove the tile after the signed contract. it also took calling up to the corporate layer just to get someone to listen because the company is set up in such a fashion that you cannot reach anyone of significance that can or will s... read more
