We had a vinyl kitchen floor installed in 2021. At that time, the salesman who came to our house took a pen and tried to mark up the floor sample and told us it would not wear. He also told us that the floor was warranteed for up to 25 years.However, it is now 3 years later. There are signs of wear, and the floor is buckling. Pieces have come apart. Horrible! Had a carpet install scheduled for early Saturday between 9-11am for a small room, the closet and small hallway. Carpet installers arrived at 1-30pmI was the first customer on their schedule that morning, so arriving on time should have been a top priority. Two guys arrived, and their lead guy shows me the contract-two areas od install-didnt bring enough carpet. Wow! I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service. They will not believe a word I have said and only believe their installers..The seam that let go was in front of a high traffic door. Instead they blame my potty training puppy when in fact, was not him!I bought a pet friendly rug where dog accidents would not be a problem with dogs. I was also told if anything happens it would be guaranteed. This is a total lie.If my phone calls were answered in a timely matter then the seam would not have seperated as much.The insta... read more

Complete scam of a company. Please, if you're looking to do your floors, go with a local company or do your research before you sign anything because NFD does not care at all about its customers. We had our ********************** installed at the end of March 2024 and they're cupping, covered in adhesive glue that destroyed the finish, pock marks, scratches, chunks of wood missing, lifted boards, creaking everywhere... National Floors Direct is advertising on t.v., two rooms of Mohawk flooring for $999. They just installed two small rooms of Mohawk wood flooring in my home and are charging me $5,000!!!! This is crazy! Watch out for these guys because they will try and pull the wool over your eyes if your not careful. They especially like to fleece old-timers like me on a fixed income.
