This company appears to be a scam. I understood they don't take credit cards and thought it was a way to reduce cost and give customer best deal. I was wrong. They took my $900+ check for 1/3rd down. Now it's installation time and they want cash or cashiers check BEFORE installation, which I don't do. Threats to keep the $900+ and add 30% restocking fee, etc all of which adds up to the original cost ($2,800)....which they would keep without any installation. The worst experience, they messed up payment from the beginning. Sales agent tells people things they cant deliver and the communication ends once you pay. A awful experience .
Dont sign any waivers saying you wont cancel within 3 days. I had someone come to my house on a Saturday. I changed my mind why put fake flooring on top of Real hardwood. Plus I needed it right away and they didnt have an opening until 3 weeks. So I tried to cancel No refunds he says my order wasnt even in yet according to the girl I talked to on Saturday. Please avoid this company. They are scam artists. They misrepresent the estimated cost of installation. Misrepresent the product quality and warranties. They do shotty work and leave your house in shambles when they leave. Pick any other company PLEASE!
I was hired on and still havent gotten my Training Pay and I have attempted several times. If this is how they treat employees just think how they will treat customers. They also wont let the Sales person leave until the Manager says so so exactly why I left.
They say you get what you pay for but in this case, the inflated price doesnt match the quality. The carpet looks great however install was terrible. on the edges I can feel the nails or tacks they use to adhere the carpet which is worrisome because I have a baby and I hope her little feet dont get poked when she walks around. Also, there are spots where the carpet makes noise with the previous flooring underneath. My old carpet never did this so thats how I know its not a problem in my home but rather an inadequate installe... read more

One of the worst companys after talking to their seals rap for five hours and check every thing and took a picture and record everything he send the wrong hardwood floor and because we signed the * contract even though I had his voice on record that confirming what I ordered and pictures they took my 2300$ cash and when I called them that my order is wrong and send all the pictures and played the record voice the manager said if I dont accept the hardwood floor I will lose all my money and they dont willing to correct their ... read more
