National floors are a very bad business.On the contract it says $900. More than what we were told by the sales person.Plus the signature on the contract is not my husbands.We deposited $4,000 and we told the company we could not pay the $900. Extra dollars, and now they refuse to refund us the $4,000.We agreed to pay the remaining balance of $3,010., but no more.Thank you ***************************
Beware of this company. We were misrepresented and lost our deposit.They didnt do the work & want to charge a restocking fee. On a scale of zero to 10 with 10 completely satisfied they rate a negative 6.

A total ripoff.. Stay away.. I got screwed .. there is no management to complain too.. Charged me $3,000 more than a local floor store.. liars and scammers

The person installing new carpet in my room cracked the tile outside of my room and attempted to glue it and hide it. I noticed it the next morning when the tile started to slip under me. When I called to inform them what happened I get to hear theres no way to even prove its our fault. I paid entirely too much for this company to not take responsibility for their clear mistakes.
