Wrong floor color ,wrong measurements of room , customer service was not caring of the issues the they made, no calls from corporate on the issue. When reporting it, no concern. No, sorry, just you signed the contract was their answer. We took 2 vacation days.My husband and I from work to accommodate the ones who put the floor down. Didn't have all the material to complete the floors.We had to wait out 2 weeks later and Easter holiday .We had nowhere to accommodate guests as usual. Installation was not completed when scheduled, due to not having enough product to complete. Floor was left unfinished. Was told they would complete next day. Did not show up, did not call. **************** was useless, no idea when this job is being complete, now I have to take another day out of work. Very dissatisfied.

You cant convince me that the good reviews arent paid employees. The start to end communication with this company was nothing short of a nightmare. I chose them originally because they had the carpet I wanted at the cheapest price. Well, you get what you pay for. Theres a reason they do not come recommended from single designer, contractor, or neighbor in the area. The first salesman came and sold a pack of lies with zero communication. HORRIBLE CUST SERVICE! SALES REP ******************* IS A GREAT LIAR! She stated I would have no interest for 1 year, first payment not due until 45 days AFTER the installation! I have the paperwork in HER handwriting to PROVE IT ALL. Also, there were some uneven areas in my floors that she GURANTEED WOULD BE EVENED OUT. The installation was 2 days ago, first payment is due in 2 days, and there is already an interest charge. Disappointment doesnt begin to describe the lack of professionalism and business etiquette that was received. Had a kitchen floor installment with National Floors Direct (NFD). On the day of install, was given a specific time for arrival. Two hours after not hearing from NFD, a call was made to them. After being placed on a brief hold, it was stated that the warehouse had mix up the materials for the installment. Was assured that the floor installment would still be complete on the day specified on the contract. An hour late... read more

Hopefully you read reviews before signing on with this disgusting company, I unfortunately did not!!!Do NOT use this company. $12,000 for four rooms of flooring and it was the worst piece of garbage ever. You will have to waive your 3 day cancellation and the salesman was deceitful and a liar showing me only one plank of flooring knowing I didnt want a lot of variation. Day of install a nightmare!!! You can go anywhere for this kind of money and have a customer support system behind their product. WORST COMPANY EVER!
