Hopefully you read reviews before signing on with this disgusting company, I unfortunately did not!!!Do NOT use this company. $12,000 for four rooms of flooring and it was the worst piece of garbage ever. You will have to waive your 3 day cancellation and the salesman was deceitful and a liar showing me only one plank of flooring knowing I didnt want a lot of variation. Day of install a nightmare!!! You can go anywhere for this kind of money and have a customer support system behind their product. WORST COMPANY EVER!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This is not a reputable company, very misleading sales presentation, do not agree to sign a docu-sign contract without personally reading every word. The customer response to multiple calls was delayed if they occurred at all. Installation of flooring did not follow the contract terms. Refusal of company to honor warranty when damage was discovered 60 days after installation. Refusal to give name of installation manager or provide personal call from management.

I am being very generous even giving them one star they sold me 900 square feet flooring for over $10,000 they were supposed to come back the next day to install the floors when their guy came he goes I can't install these the floors aren't perfect and he left and never came back I called and tried to return the boxes of stuff which were unopened they wouldn't take them back and they wouldn't install the floors either I had to hire somebody else to install the floors they refused to reimburse me the fees for installation the... read more

3/16/2024 ...Asia of National Floors came to my home for quote. Asia quoted me for 904 sq ft of wood $16,000. I was dumbound. This is not what i expected of National Flooring Advertising. Asia wanted 30% down immediately or the deal was no good. os

DO NOT go with National Floors Direct. Despite the other reviews indicating that this company is great and affordable, they are the complete opposite, especially their customer service. I'm sure the ****** reviews are paid for and/or fabricated. They severely overcharged us, their salesperson, ****************, was a con man and never provided an itemized receipt which I am still trying to obtain 2 weeks later, no one ever calls you back after the rude customer service agent promises to have a supervisor/manager reach out to... read more
