On March 25, 2023, we bought a Tempur-Pedic mattress from ***************************** at The Dump in ****** *****. After delivery, we realized we ordered a CalKing instead of a KING size mattress. **************** is ok the financial bank is horrible synchrony if I know before apply for credit . Never apply !!!!??

The Dump in Lombard – we had a pleasant shopping experience. Jim in the carpet area was extremely helpful and patient. He guided and gave us suggestions; the suggestions and conversations were helpful and our finally we decided on two carpets and we have been extremely pleased. Several months later our one carpet became stained and needed cleaning. We purchased the carpet warranty. We were totally unsatisfied with the warranty service. We most recently shopped for rugs at The Dump. We were thrilled with the product and prices, but blown away by the level of customer service!! Roger ******** is the one to seek out for offering his time and expertise in selecting rugs for your home. You will be totally satisfied, it is now the only place we will shop!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!. When I got the furniture was convinced to get warranty. It covers nothing. Stain on couch, not covered. Broken zipper to hold couch cushions not covered. Why have a person give money for something not covered. When calling the # provided *************. The customer service is horrible. They refer you back to the store for something the store cant do. I really wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt. We loved the showroom piece, had a good experience in the store and were happy with the salesperson that told us we would have the furniture in 2-4 weeks. Flash forward to 8 weeks later... we have called several times, be disconnected, been told to keep waiting and that we would get a call back.
