Senior Manager, CRM Systems (Multiple Positions Available) 

BirdEye, Inc. has multiple Senior Manager, CRM Systems positions available in Irving, TX. 

  • Lead engagement with business contacts on requirements and design analysis. 
  • Evaluate existing code and develop plans to reduce technical debt over time and establishing technical roadmap with system architects. 
  • Leverage expert knowledge of demand marketing, Q2C and revenue to implement new business functions within Salesforce.
  • Supports the implementation of customized SFDC solutions that include Lightning components. Includes developing a thorough understanding of the client’s requirements then applying industry best practices and detailed knowledge of the software to design and build an optimal solution that supports the business process and meets or exceeds functional requirements. 
  • Mentor, develop and train Junior developers. Maintain and optimize full lifecycle software development using standard configuration, Apex, LWC, VisualForce, API’s and Force.com applications. 
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other developers and team members to obtain requirements, develop solution design, manage UATs and post go-live activities. 
  • Establish best practices and standards for well designed, testable, efficient code with high quality. Participate in reviewing and debugging existing source code and resolve support requests for existing environments. 
  • Work with Sales teams on business prioritization, project implementation and post go-live activities. Attend Business stakeholder's meetings that includes RevOps, CS, Finance, Channel project related meetings, be the technical point of contact. 
  • Host presentations and trainings to professional peers. 
  • Collaborate with quality assurance team members in designing functional and automated test plans for solutions, and participate in the overall QA process. 
  • Supply expertise in advanced Apex programming concepts including common design patterns, governor limit management techniques, bulk patterns, efficient and reliable trigger handling, and asynchronous operations. 
  • Updates job knowledge by researching new technologies and software products; participates in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. 
  • May telecommute from home office within State of TX. 40 hours/week
