Birdeye enables spam detection for Webchat conversations

Birdeye has introduced a spam/profanity detection test for conversations initiated through the Webchat. Going forward, if a conversation initiated through the Webchat is found to be spam, profane or initiated by a bot, it will not be delivered to the user. Also, it will not be stored in the conversation history of the Webchat.

If a user is newly creating a conversation, and the message is found to be spam, the contact will not be created on Birdeye. This feature will completely filter out spam and profane messages.
