They are the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They areVery professional until they have sold you the carpet, then you become invisible. If mistakes are made, no one will talk to you when you call. The installers came in a broken down van & wanted the check for the balance owed before they would start. They were here for 11 hrs. & made many mistakes. It was hard to communicate with them as they spoke limited English. At the end, they did not even have a working vacuum. Buyer beware.From sales person to customer service all are very rude and non cooperative. Several times called for manufacturers warranty paperwork, every time said sending it with email attachment but never received one. Quote never explain properly your estimate. Just get your esign deposit and they start behaving with you badly. Before hiring *** think twice. Check with other company or even retail stores which are much cheaper. One star only for good installer. Not suggesting to do business with ***.
DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!! Absolute worst company to ever do business with!!!!! I do not recommend them to anyone!!!!!!! Spend the extra money and go with a reputable business. They scheduled two installations and both times it was a no-show. They didn't even have the courtesy to call or email me as I waited for them to show up. fraud company.The scheduled installation date is today 6/12. I was told I would get email about time. nothing happened. I called them, and was told it changed to 7/19.When signing the contract, the time clause has until August. I was suspicious about it. I simply should have known better when the radar signal said no no no. First, you are required to sign away your right to cancel within three days, after all it is a "special order" and once ordered cannot be stopped, however, it will take at least 2 weeks to confirm the carpet has arrived to establish an installation date. I paid 10,000 dollars to have this company do my floors. The installers that came in ripped up all my floors then tried to do a side cashdeal with me for work that I already paid for and I later found out was in my suppose contract. Basically trying to charge me again...They then tried to put my hardwood floors without ripping up the old subflooring.... Not a trustable company. Horrible customer service. High prices. Do not fulfill the promised work on time. Very low inventory of materials to select from.
They deserve -o stars. Worst company ever. They are liars and will lie to get you to sign a deal. They charge you if you need to reschedule however, they will overbook their installers (which seem to be good people) but the people giving quotes and the customer service people are horrible. They will overbook then cancel you the day of. They require you do get your entire space empty or they charge you a fee then they cancel on you without warning even after you called out of work to be there. They are just a bad company. There should be an option for 0 stars!!! **** Away, worst company ever. Took my deposit cashed my check and have cancelled installation 3 times! Now I have no floor and out money! This company does not care either they told me "So *** me!" and hung ** in my face.
