Absolutely the worst service possible!!! Had an install "completed" on March 29th. The installer told the company he "installed" every piece of product stated in our contract. Yet he failed to install the threshold piece the molding around the cabinets and baseboards. I had to send pictures of his "lies" to the "install dept" in which I was told they would review photos and get back to us in 7 to 10 business days.... here we are at this point 2 ***** LATER and no response. I had called National Floors Direct from their commercials regarding an estimate on doing my floors on 3/16/2021, and I had **** ******** their sales representative come out on 3/18/2021. After he measure my 2 Br villa, my villa is 1150 sq ft, total we did not want the ******* room or bathrooms done, so it was like 900 sq ft total, but the paperwork I received after the work was completed did not say how many sq. ft. This company is absolutely terrible. I had a floor scheduled to be installed on 3/16/21. I was putting the property on the market 3/21/21. I made sure the salesman understood this. He called his "warehouse manager" to confirm that the tile was in stock and that the job would be installed on 3/16.I received instructions on 3/13 to prepare the job site by removing the kitchen appliances, and remove the two toilets, which I did. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!! I purchased flooring for my den and bathroom as well as carpet for a bedroom. I even had to pay another contractor to remove the asbestos in the floor and that was completed in a timely manner a few weeks ago. I had a no-show appointment on April 24 after my salesman confirmed with me that I was scheduled that day. Horrible! Would not recommend! The floor is cheap and plastic (they swore it looks like real tile- not even close) and it lays on top of our other floor. They only warranty their work for 90 days. My floor started to bulge prior to the 90 days but I didn't call them until slightly after 90 days (92 or 93 days). They made it a point to say they did not have to do anything but they would graciously come and fix it. Do not use this company. After getting rid of all my carpet they made me purchase $1400 in cement in order to have a level floor. This wasn't needed since the padding underneath would have sufficed. I noticed a couple of bumps under the floor and since their products come with a lifetime warranty I called them for repairs since I have only had the floors for less than two months. Do not use this company. They have no customer service skills at all. They have now canceled on me two times right before the job is to start. first time was due to warehouse personnel getting ***** and they needed to clean. So i rescheduled and now ALL their installers have *****. The man who came to give me an estimate assured me that they do not use subcontractors. On day of installation only 1 man and 1 woman (who practically did nothing) came. They told me they were subcontractors. I called the rep who had come. He was not available but they were going to send him an email to call me. He never called me. If I could leave a lower star review I would. The salesman who was nice sold me on the product with a smoke and pony show of why they are better than everyone else. We bought into the idea. The installers came and were missing part of the information and gave me a hard time about pulling up a carpet which had been discussed.
