Poor experience throughout. No management available to customers to speak with.
This company is horrible so do not use them. They are unprofessional, inconsiderate, and too expensive for the services they offer. We paid a down payment and had to wait almost a month for them to install the carpets and when the day finally came to install the carpet they never arrived. They did however call and told me that I had to wait another week because the person who was suppose to install the carpet was sick. We chose the hardwood to be installed on our second floor of our new home. When the sub contractor was installing the floor, I noticed they werent doing expansion gaps. I asked why not and was told not to worry because the floor isnt going anywhere. Shortly after install, the floor started buckling. Subcontractor came back and said that it was my sub floor that is causing the buckling and I need to hire a contractor to fix the subfloor. Do not select National Floors Direct for your home!We chose them because they promised delivery on 5/21/2021, which was important to us for an event. We took the day off work, cleaned the rooms & moved large mattresses from 4 bedrooms into the basement and were waiting for them... only to be told at the last minute, on the morning of scheduled installation, that the "truck is stuck in Georgia"! Stay away from this company. Once they have your money they do a terrible job and then do not want to fix it. First off they are very very pushy when they come to your home. The second representative we got was visibly getting very upset when we kept telling him no. However, they did give us a good price so we went with them. One star for this company is too much. I had this company install carpet in my home. The first appointment they scheduled with me was canceled due to the installer calling out sick, so I lost one day off from work. When they did install the carpet they did a horrible job, pieces of carpet missing in corners and on the stairs. By the way they make sure they get paid by a cashiers check before they start the job. This company is a scam. I saw their ad and had their salesman, ****** *******, come to the house. He gave the hard sell, like a used car salesman, didn't even want to measure my rooms just talk money. He called his supervisor several times about lowering the price as I had a competitors quote much lower. They claim to beat by 15% the competition. The salesman and the installers are fantastic. Now that I got that out of the way, the warehouse and customer service people are horrible. I was scheduled on a Monday for floor installation for the first floor of my home. They gave me a window from 7a-12p for the installers to show. I got a call at 11a that the materials had not arrived in the warehouse so they have to reschedule to Friday. Friday comes and the arrival window is again 7a-12p and the installers arrive at 9a. Very disapointed to say the least!!! Installed plank flooring on two floors of home, spent $10,000 and now floors are popping up. Called them, said past warranty! ****** told me I had 2 month warranty.. Then I explained this is a vacation house and only come a few times a year. Was there once since installed.
