National Floors Direct is an incompetent, shady company who advertises false information. They promised that they would complete our new floors within 3 days. They left the project half-done in 2 days then said they won't be back until almost 2 weeks from now, to finish. To add insult, they left a tripping hazard at the top of my stairway, where someone could seriously get hurt. If I could cancel my order now I would. They were perfectly pleasant selling me their products but could not install timely and their customer service is helpless and will not escalate calls to management. I ordered flooring to be delivered on 2 different days, took off from work and then they cancelled both days without notice. The first day they didnt have the materials the next day they did not allot enough time for an earlier job and could not get to me. Pass them over for any purchases.

We`'ve been waiting weeks for them to finish our living room floor. ******** customer service. Installers very unprofessional "
*** does not honor their warranties! From the get go we saw damages on our floor. Many phone calls speaking w manager went nowhere to address our concerns. **** customer support and workmanship. The stair treadz were likewise poorly done with squeaking of one of the steps and terrible quality in filing the top step. I will need to hire other contractors to fix as *** cannot be bothered to address either issues. BBB should shut them down to protect future customers
I scheduled for a measurement to be done 3/18 but the floor guy showed up 3/17 we were home so we let him do the estimate since he drove all the way here. He arrived at 5pm went over *** information on how they operate and their products he asked what our budget was and we told him the highest would be $3000 he then did the measurements it was now 5:45pm he then showed up samples and we picked a color of the laminate and vinyl plank he gave us a price of $7200 my husband and I said unfortunately it was out of our budget and ... read more
this company is horrible they broke things in my house, left marks on my walls and told me they couldn't do anything about the marks they made. on top of it they used two different color trim and told me I need to hire a paint company to stain the trim. they left a horrendous mess that I had to end up cleaning up left garbage at my house. this company is shouldn't even exist I would never recommend this company to anyone. p.s had them come back out to fix a few things and was told they would stain trim the workers show up no... read more
