Great customer reputation management platform. Their onboarding and set up keeps getting better and faster. I had a fantastic tech/web expert today who rearranged personal schedule to get our local Auto Body/Collision Shop up and running in just 1 hour.

Lisa Pros: I like the ability to speak back and forth with customers without having to call on the phone and play phone tag. Cons: I don't really have a con or anything I don't like about the product. Overall: Again not playing phone tag, calling a customer just to have to leave a message and the customer call back when I am unavailable. Easy to communicate information thru Birdeye

One stop shop Pros: The emails I get daily, help me keep track of what is going on at the shops, and how customers rate their experiences. Cons: our product has been hacked a lot recently with fake reviews, I would like for their to be a way to negate these before it negatively impacts our ratings Overall: We have had a good experience, despite the minor hiccups.

Easy to use Pros: I like that with one login, I can see all my reviews in one place and respond to them from the same screen. Cons: My only complaint is that it's hard to filter down to find a specific review, but it seems there have been some new features added that have taken care of that issue. Overall: I appreciate being able to respond to all reviews.

I Love BE! Pros: I Love birdeye because I can send reviews out to my clients. Cons: I dislike birdeye because sometimes my reviews disappear.

Birdeye SMS Campaigns Pros: SMS campaigns are user friendly and easy to manage. Cons: Still working on team chat for mobile. As well as having pictures in the SMS not always uploading, but customer service was quick to fix the issue. Overall: 4/5 rating, could go up to 5/5 as they roll out new features and fix bugs.

Functional tool to reply to reviews Pros: I really appreciate the review response templates and how easy it is to reply to reviews. Cons: Sometimes, certain review sites get disconnected for no reason. Overall: I like it. It has some defects (as everything) but it is very manageable.

Birdeye Rocks! Pros: The way it helps potential clients see the importance of Business Listings and Reviews. Cons: Sometimes it feels cumbersome on the reporting side. That is, getting the data into a presentation when showing the results to the client. Overall: It makes potential clients aware of the importance of being correctly connected to business listing sites and reviews.

Great for Reputation Management Pros: Love that all of our property's reviews are consolidated and easily accessible from one location, rather than monitoring multiple websites throughout the day for reputation management. Cons: I have no complaints at this time! Birdeye is currently meeting my expectations.

Birdeye is a must have for any business. Pros: Birdeye makes it easy for existing customers to review their actual experience and it helps with the overall customer experience. Customers would always tell us they were happy with our service and they would always say they would leave a review online for us. It didn't always happen for different reasons but Birdeye makes it really easy for them to leave reviews inn just a couple of mouse clicks. Cons: I wish it would work with Yelp like it does with Google. Overall: We're extremely happy with Birdeye and all of the services that we subscribe to.

Great Help in Managing Patient Reviews! Pros: Birdeye is very helpful to our business in receiving reviews and helping us manage those reviews. It was easy to set up and integrate into our current systems. Would recommend. Cons: Really no cons that I can think of. We really enjoy using this software.

A premium consolidation system for reputation management. Pros: I am able to consolidate all my reviews cross-platforms into one website to respond to and manage. Cons: There are some bugs when exporting the data into an excel spreadsheet. Overall: Overall I would (and have) highly recommend this program.

BirdEye is the one! Pros: The integration with our current software has been simple and easy to use and setup. We use reputation manager and we have had good results with this. Cons: Wish that the software had more to offer.

I have no negative feedback other than the occasional glitch which is usually quickly fixed. Overall: The Birdeye team is great at timely and effective responses. Easy to use, and great customer service! Pros: The review dashboard is very user friendly and makes it easy to track and manage the reviews of hundreds of my clients. Cons: Sometimes there is a disconnect in Google and the reviews, but the customer service is always there to help and fix the problem! Overall: Using birdeye has helped myself gain so many more reviews for all of my client's business's.

Best money spent on a product! Pros: The best feature for our office is the automatic request for a review after the completion of a dental appointment. Having patients give reviews that are seen online have boosted our online presence and made us more visible. The integration with our business processes were seamless. Cons: Would love to see a wider selection of pre-written responses to choose from when logged in to respond to a review. This would make the process go even quicker. Overall: We needed more help with our online presence, obtaining reviews from patients and learning how to respond when a review was given. The personal customer service that Birdeye offers is amazing! I sent an email when negative reviews were published under a fictitious name and they responded very quickly with great resolution. They are worth every penny spent!
