Srijan is great! He answers all of my questions in a way that I totally understand because I am not very computer saavy! He is very nice and professional!!!!

I manage our Birdeye account and I have been using Birdeye for over a year and was considering looking at some of the alternative services to see what my options were. Recently I had some questions and requests to make some updates to our account. I assumed it would take days if not weeks to complete my requests. Instead, I worked with Srijan who was able to assist with everything in a matter of minutes...not hours not days. He listened to what my needs were and went beyond just fixing the problem he also went out of his way to make some additional recommendations, put them into place and followed up with me promptly to be sure everything was looking good. I have had some issues in the past with Birdeye but I absolutely recommend them and appreciate the great customer service.

The only two times I needed support with Birdeye they were prompt, easy to talk to, polite, and fixed it right away. Furthermore, they deliver what they promise. They are one of three companies I deal with that have superb support. They are an excellent tech investment for me.

I couldn't find content on the website about the upcoming "Automatic response to reviews" being turned on September 21st, and the survey wasn't clear. Support couldn't seem to see whether I had opted out in the survey. Very happy to receive a phone call to resolve.
