Exceeded expectations with online presence and review boosting. The Birdeye representatives I worked with were very helpful and detail oriented. They are available anytime I have questions and easily accessible through phone calls, email and zoom meetings.

A good communication platform with customers. Overall a positive experience, and well organized company. PROS The ease of being able to send messages to our customers, and stay in contact with them. Especially with reviews. CONS During most monthly meetings, they tried to upsell us on products that we didn't really need.
We started using Birdeye and our CO-OP moved up in our Google searches and our Google reviews

I have been a customer with Home Team Pest Control since 2005 and have been pleased with the high quality of service I have received over the years. This review is about Michael who became my newest pest control technician. (My previous technician, Adam, transferred to another town in Florida with Home Team Pest and I was hoping that the next technician assigned to me would be equally as good.) I certainly wasn't disappointed! So far, Michael's previous 2 visits have been excellent. I really appreciate his friendly and professional manner. Amazing experience!
I worked with Itishri for my onboarding experience and I must say she was a pleasure to work with. Despite some complications with our CRM, she always put me first and Birdeye did an excellent job compensating for the extra time I speant getting our automation set up!

I Just started my HVAC business and decided to go with Birdeye thru a referral from a friend. From the start the process has been well above my expectations. I'm considered computer illiterate and was concerned about the whole process:). The on-boarding and the training during the first 4-6weeks was simple and easy to Understand. My onboarding trainer was amazing. He took the time and most importantly he trained at my pace and around my schedule. If your his boss reading this, give him a raise.:) My first month in I already have 15 5 star reviews. If your thinking about it, Stop and just get it. It works and you will be happy.
