    "Best Review Aggregation Site Ever!" What do you like best about Birdeye? The review aggregation is the best out there. very fast and efficient What do you dislike about Birdeye? Some compatibility issues with CarFax right now, working on it though! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Immediate customer interaction post-sale.

    "Excellent solution!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye has transformed our online reputation through their solution. We were not asking our customers "how we did" and Birdeye's solution made this easy and effective. We have integrations with our website as well and overall, Birdeye is a valuable piece of our technology suite. The thing I "like best" is the ease to initiate review campaigns and the ability to aggregate those reviews anywhere we want. I also like that their private-labled review page is a very effective SEO asset. What do you dislike about Birdeye? There's nothing I dislike, except that we aren't taking advantage of all the other solutions they offer, like web chat and location-based lead routing. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Make sure you understand Contacts & Campaigns. Investigate the website integration tool. Auto-responders are also helpful. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Improving our online reputation on Google, Facebook and Zillow. Our customer ratings went way up, which became a marketing tool in itself.

    "Effective, Efficient and Great Support Team!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Great results in just a short time, ability to view and manage the reviews from one location and the support team is very responsive. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Yelp is not fully intergrated with BirdEye. We can see the reviews in BirdEye but the reply must be done directly through Yelp. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? BirdEye helped us manage all reviews in one location, and we saw an immediate increase in positive reviews.

    "Birdeye is great!" What do you like best about Birdeye? The customer service is amazing. They really make it easy to get reviews. When we first signed up we also had a whole bunch of customizations take care of without charging us anymore. What do you dislike about Birdeye? We have updates to our chat and we don't always know about them till after they happen. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting a lot more reviews and our chat system. It makes it really easy to manage our reviews

Birdeye is a great survey and review tracking software What do you dislike about Birdeye? no notifications when the software updates, items become hard to navigate. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Your customer service is excellent, and they are responsive. I do like that the reviews do keep track of the history; It helps track removal processes. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? it is costly to add additional locations

    "BirdEye is a game-changer!" What do you like best about Birdeye? The increase in positive reviews and decrease in negative reviews. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Everything has been great so far. Sometimes the website is not able to load data, but you just have to refresh and it works again. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to decrease the number of negative reviews and address them directly with the Member/customer. It is also nice to have BirdEye organize all our reviews from Facebook, Yelp, and Google My Business all in one place.

We didn't feel like we were receiving enough reviews from clients. Birdseye has helped up dramatically increase the number of reviews we receive, and the process is so easy!

    "Birdeye Is Great!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Easy to use platform, everything is all in once place and makes it easy to communicate with consumers What do you dislike about Birdeye? Occasional technical bugs and disconnectivity issues, but they are easily fixable over a 5-minute phone call. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Some vocabulary can be confusing to some users, I ususally find myself calling support to help with small issues just becuase I don't want to change the wrong thing. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It is hard to have employees checking multiple platforms for reviews and messages. The platform allows us to have all messages in once location and allows our teams to respond rapidy and effectively.

    "Great experience with Neha and Birdeye." What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye is convenient and easy to use. Neha is a great account rep. What do you dislike about Birdeye? It is an excellent service, I really have no complaints. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We really needed a reviews management system for all our locations with MInute Suites, and Birdeye was the perfect solution. We are more organized and faster to respond to reviews.

I love the ease of using the platform from the back-end as well as the friendly account managers that help us along the way! (Big thanks to Benjamin, Patrick and Samar) The reviews we have received are not only great but inspiring for our employees. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Nothing! I feel it is constantly improving and changing with the times remaining up-to- date and relevant to what we need to reach our customers/patients. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We had almost NO reviews before starting BirdEye. Our online presence has improved and we have been able to reach more patients and past patients to visit/ revisit.

    "Increased Google Reviews" What do you like best about Birdeye? We recently automated the review and survey request workflows with Birdeye and it has been great. We are getting so many more 5 star reviews than we ever did organically What do you dislike about Birdeye? Nothing I've disliked so far, really. A feature I would love to see though would be instead of presenting the customer with several review sites to choose where they want to leave their review, it would be great if Birdeye could determine which sites (e.g., Google, Healthgrades, Vitals) were needing a boost in reviews and direct the patient to that site. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Previously we had so few reviews, good or bad, that a single bad review would tank our star rating. By substantially increasing the amount of 5-star reviews we're gathering, it has helped to keep those rare 1-star reviews at bay

    "Birdeye Review" What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye is a reasonable cost and has a lot of features for the cost. I feel like it does a decent amount of work for the amount we pay. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Birdeye can be a little glitchy sometimes. For examples, they have automated responses. They told us to set up multiple automated responses and Birdeye would rotate through them in order to make it seem less automated. But it seems to be posting the same automated response every time. Just a little glitchy sometimes. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are getting more reviews on Google and Facebook. The automated responses is nice. We can easily see our data and track it. We can also respond to reviews in real time because they are emailed or texted to us.

    "Simple Online Review Aggregator & Platform for Multi-Site Usage" What do you like best about Birdeye? We manage over 70 locations' online reviews. We have the ability to see, respond and flag reviews all within the BirdEye platform. Beyond that, we can solicite reviews, survey guest and perform quick reporting. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The backend of the platform is not dynamic - simply put for each location we have seperate sentiment surveys since they all have seperate websites. This is cumbersome and challenging to implement changes quickly. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Ensure that they are able to perform all needed integrations along with seemless implementation. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to see all reviews on one place versus having to go to several webpages for several locations, over 70.

    "Happy Customer - Easy Company To Work With" What do you like best about Birdeye? Custom inquiries and messages get directed to the right employee. Also, we are saving on ad spend while getting more site views. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The Java code needed to post widgets on our site is challenging to implement in WordPress - but that's not a Birdeye issue; it's a WordPress issue. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Great customer support. Very responsive. Easy to use once you understand the layout. It has boosted our site views, and we even cut back on our search engine ad spend. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Customers seem to prefer communicating through text/chat/email over actually calling on the phone. We are getting more inquiries with Birdeye than we were with our standard webform.

    "Great Customer Service" What do you like best about Birdeye? BirdEye is not only an excellent company for the services they provide but also for the customer service they provide. BirdEye has worked with my company on many different projects and provided customization to meet our industry needs. BirdEye helped implement a new API key into their dashboard to give our company a better idea of our overall online reputation. What do you dislike about Birdeye? We are a healthcare company, and unfortunately, not all BirdEye services fit within our verticle. If our company operated in a different industry, we would be sure to try these other services BirdEye offers. BirdEye also does not have a robust service for healthcare industries, especially those needing to comply with HIPAA and confidentiality laws. The BirdEye reports could be better optimized with additional reports and comparisson charts looking at both ratings and number of reviews. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? BirdEye is helping us to maintain and improve our online reputation better than any other reputation management vendor. We have recognized areas in which we can improve our rating. BirdEye has also worked with our engineering team to connect an internal review platform to the BirdEye dashboard.

    "It’s been pretty good, the communication is good and they work really hard to meet our needs." What do you like best about Birdeye? I like the smooth communication and needs being met. They do well representing the data. The people who work there make the experience a lot better because they put the time to make sure we get the results we want. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I can't think of any downsides; it's a great tool. The UI could be a little updated. I think the tools that are provided are pretty food but can use better explanations for the tools. That would probably make navigating the website a lot easier. But it is still pretty straightforward for me. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It's allowing us to see what people think about our company and the benefits of seeing that. Now that I know what the clients want, I can make changes to fit my client's needs.

It has attracted more new customers to our business.

Birdeye helps us keep in contact with our customers and also increases the likelihood of return customers. through this platform we are able to respond to customer's good and bad reviews, thus giving us capabilities to make and wrongs, right. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I do not see any downsides. Our success team is very helpful with anything we need. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? They also have multiples ways of reporting that show you your rating over time and traffic to your website. This platform allows us to have reviews connected to our GMB and Facebook accounts which is a huge asset because this is where customers go to look for reviews before deciding which company to use.
