Your customer service is FANTASTIC! It's prompt, knowledgable, accurate, and thorough - can't be beat!

My only issue is that you didn't contact us about the expiration of our security certificate as you have done in past years.

Very knowledgeable and conveyed the information in an easy to understand way!

Our rep did a nice job with answering any questions we may have and showing us the Birdeye site so we understood how to manage it.

Tanmay was very helpful and make sure to take the time to ensure we full understood the system and next steps. We admittedly took a little bit longer to get launched, but he was very patient with us during the entire rollout period.

I love the instant messaging and video chat the best but the review feature is great too

Love the support I get from Birdeye. Sumeet has been there for me since Birdeye was first mentioned to me and Jarod, our account manager is superb.

Nate at BirdEye was thorough and helped our team get up and running quickly and seamlessly. He listened to our feedback and truly collaborated with our marketing team.

We had integration troubles and a delayed response from a specialist in the Integration Dept. but our customer success manager, Jacqueline, and my experience with the second Integration Specialist, Rohtash, was wonderful1 They were both very quick to respond to my issue and Rohtash reached out directly to the DMS and then monitored the account to ensure it was working properly. I truly appreciate the time and professionalism of both Rohtash and Jacqueline!
