    "One of the best choices I have ever made" What do you like best about Birdeye? This tool has helped me to develop more strong bonding with my customers as it provides me the clear idea about what they think of my product and thus on the basis of their opinions I become more capable of taking the best actions based on the business plans. This tool is helping me a lot in building a reputation of my organization in front of my customers and provides me the details about the how many customers reached my product and what they exactly think about it. What do you dislike about Birdeye? From me there is no complaint and also I have never faced any difficulty while using this tool. It is going well and let me feel proud about its performance. It is very easy to use software and it has simplest interface with no technicality involved, when I talk about its services I will like to talk about its availability too as it is very reasonable in price. It has become my need becaue it helps me to convert the leads in to revenue.

    Great software for managing your reviews Pros: For past clients we explored BirdEye for clients needing to manage reviews. We liked the overall software structure and found it sharp and usable. Cons: We did not have much to dislike about this software from what we explored and needed it for. I think it does exactly what they offer. Overall: Great software for our clients to manage their reviews, and keep customer focus a priority.

    "Be aware of what customers think of you" What do you like best about Birdeye? Through this tool not only I have the clear idea about the customers reviews about my products but also it provides me other amazing tools which helps me to reach my audience and to better engage with them, thus I can easily communicate with them through the conversation. Not only I carry out the messaging but also I have the option to chat hem on my website. In addition it also facilities me by automating the attending of any incoming calls, so that every customers must know that he is important. What do you dislike about Birdeye? While having communication with the customers in the inbox I wish that some attachment option should be available so that we can insert the images and the videos related to the product for their better understanding and eventually it develops the interest in them, further a record should be held about a certain customers like how many time he or she has approached us. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: It is highly recommend if you want to collect the reviews about your product and if you need a detailed survey for your product, this tool will equally benefit all the sales and manufacturing agencies and insurance business can use it. It must say it is a universal platform for everyone. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Through this tool I am capable of managing the tickets and through survey I can enhance my product quality. Birdeye is such platform where I am not worried whether my customers will approach me or not, it always paves a way for the audience to find you.

    I'm a Birdeye partner and have few dozen estate and elder law firm using Birdeye. Just added Listings for one firm and problem I had (due to my pilot error) was identifed and resolved quickly.
