"Amazing and convenient tool to keep tabs on business reputation and communicate with your customers!" What do you like best about Birdeye? The convenience of seeing all your customer reviews in one place is paramount. I love how it has response templates to use for reviews when you are unsure of what to say, especially if there is a negative review. This is so helpful for those new to BirdEye or new to managing company reputation and just adds to the convenience of it all. I have already recommended BirdEye to a few friends and will keep doing so. Thanks BirdEye! What do you dislike about Birdeye? I can't think of anything I dislike about BirdEye, only likes! Maybe just one suggestion would be to have some pop-up pointers on how to use BirdEye effectively for new users. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It has made sending review links to customers so easy and has given me more time in my day for other tasks. Customers don't want to spend their free time searching for all the platforms of a company to leave a review; they also want more time in their day for their own tasks, so just clicking a link has made it that much easer for them to share their thoughts!

"Convenient and very user friendly" What do you like best about Birdeye? I really like that Birdeye is set up to send notifications before and after a tenant rents. The notification alerts them to do a review about their process. It's very user friendly and removes the stress from employees having to remember to send them the request. Additionally, we get an email notification once the customer does the review. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The only downside I have notices is that the request sometimes takes longer than I would prefer before and after someone has rented or vacated. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: None. Easy to use! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Benefits include the fact that it allows us to focus on other things without having to worry about whether or not we sent out the request manually or not.

Pretty great company. Had some technical issues with the site, they called me personally and worked through what was going on, fixed the issue (on their side), and helped walk me through the process (on my side). I worked with Avanash, who was very knowledgeable.

"probably the best platform around for generating reviews and engaging customers" What do you like best about Birdeye? the simple message that asks the client for a review, the quick customer registration when sending them a review, the auto publishing feature to the company's social platforms and the interactions module with all it brings the company in staying in touch, texting, webchat etc. its a great platform overall. What do you dislike about Birdeye? not much tbh, maybe the delay it takes to notify us of a new review, and the lack of ability to record our own voice message for clients calling in. but otherwise, it is a very useful platform in generating that online presence. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? engaging customers, especially the ones that like to see that online presence. ultimately, generating those google reviews and online reputation in this day and age it is essential and Birdeye provides a modern and seamless way of a business to get there; not to mention all the other options the platform provides like the reviews page on the website, webchat (which is amazing in capturing interested website visitors). all the above can quickly improve online presence and reputation perception by new and existing customers as well as provide a business several ways to engage customers.

Fantastic product, dedicated team Pros: BirdEye enables us to: Simplistically request reviews Manage potential negative reviews and minimize risk exposure. Monitor and re-market (post to social media etc) our client's top online reviews. Promote our user reviews through our website, google page and email signatures. Cons: The software if a bit cost-prohibitive. Last I checked, the lowest agency package was for minimum 8 accounts. This proved to be a challenge when we first kicked off. Overall: BirdEye is an innovator in the space of review generation marketing. As an agency owner, being able to stay ahead of marketing trends and best practices, we love the technical abilities BirdsEye provides us for our clients.

Making the switch to Bird Eye from another platform was a smooth & seamless transition with added benefits! We have over 30 locations nationwide, that all have their individual websites with respective social media profiles-Bird Eye provided exceptional customer service all around! From inception of the program with a knowledgeable sales rep to pass-off with a hands-on & extremely helpful development team to answer all of our questions + successful execution of program implementation, unlike other platforms that will just send you a DIY link to execute yourself. The live webchat feature, has truly been a game changer for our business, especially during these unprecedented times; adding ease to our newly developed virtual consultation process and increasing lead conversions. In addition to our website, live chat also ties in with FB messenger. These messages would sometimes get lost, because FB Messenger requires separate app download from the FB app itself...but not anymore! We especially love how turnkey this platform is for our managers to use, not just for gathering & responding to reviews via the dashboard itself, but having the capability to leverage SEO-social media as well. Total reviews they have accrued, review requests that have not been addressed by that customer etc. -Way to compile data reporting on webchat responses submitted, speed of response time, etc. -Way to sync live chat with our Houzz profiles!

A great way to quickly collect reveiws Pros: This software allows me to easily and quickly send out reviews for my work. It takes less than a minute to send and making this part of my job really fast! Cons: As a user, there is limited feedback that I received and it was would have been better if there was a more cohesive streamlined way to integrate or automate this software so that it would take even less time. Overall: The greatest benefit of this software is that it is user friendly and it is easy to use!

"Great reputation management software" What do you like best about Birdeye? The Yardi integration is extremely beneficial for property management companies on that platform. We also love the location pages that aggregate reviews and rank in SERPs for SEO purposes What do you dislike about Birdeye? We haven't ran into anything we dislike as of yet. If there were anything, the pros far outweigh the cons. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We needed review automation and integration with our CRM + post work order satisfaction - Birdeye's API connection to Yardi and automation functionality really helps us. The added SEO benefit for local listing management and local SEO is a huge positive as well.
