User friendly time saverUse Cases and Deployment Scope - Birdeye is used for referrals and reviews at the clinic I work in. We recieved emails when we get a positive or negative review so its quick and efficient. The AI feature definitely cuts down on the time it cant take to respond to multiple reviews and they are well written and succinct responses. Boost Reviews & Communication with Birdeye Pros: The pros of using Birdeye include automated review and survey requests. We appreciate the way the request is formatted with "Green" for a review for positive experiences sent to Google or Facebook and the "Red" for less than satisfied customers that comes in as direct feedback. I also appreciate the auto-responses to reviews. A the store level, the sales team appreciate being able to text and send quotes via the platform. We also love that all messages, emails, webchats, etc. come into one inbox. Cons: Integration issues with our CRM has been an on-going trial, but the blame falls on our CRM rather than Birdeye. Mass texting campaigns are a separate cost and are kind of expensive. Overall: Many of my clients have been using Birdeye for several years and have grown to love the easy communication with customers via the platform. We appreciate the auto-review request setup which allows us to resolve potential issues when customers have complaints offline. We have received excellent support from our Customer Success Managers and appreciate the transparent reporting. Overall, we have seen our reviews skyrocket and rating improve. Much credit goes to correcting problems before they turn into one star reviews.

Our biggest use is with our client feedback and reviews. Birdeye has mainstreamed our entire review process to make it so much easier to analyze and respond to. It even helps streamline our strengths into our social medias.Pros - Its very single to use and navigate -It makes reputation mangement so much easierCons - A direct link in the notification emails to take you straight to the review that needs to be answered -Syncing issues with third-party platforms can sometimes cause delays in review updatesLikelihood to Recommend - Birdeye is well suited in so many ways, it has features I never thought possible and for them to be compact onto 1 site is a game changer. For example, It is well suited in that we can rely on the automation of review requests via SMS and email after customer interactions which has significantly boosted our review volume.Return on Investment - When you first start, the monthly fee does seem a bit intimidating/impractical but after a few weeks of use, you will firsthand start seeing the benefits, it makes the monthly fee seem much more practical as time goes on -The beginning expense is nothing when you start fully utilizing Birdeye's full available content. For example, once you see it's autonomously A.I agents at work and the quality of work they provide will help you to see how much of a benefit it has been for you, your staff and customers alikeUsability - Birdeye is one of the most if not the most user friendly sites out there with built in features beyond my expectation. Absolute BEST reputation managementUse Cases and Deployment Scope - Birdeye is our main platform for reputation management organizing & responding to online reviews. I utilize Birdeye daily to manage my site's online presence. It is very simple to look over client reviews as they are all consolidated. The need for visiting multiple sites is eliminated & I can respond quickly and eloquently using the AI tool.Pros - Consolidation of reviews from multiple sites -Intelligent AI response generation -Simple navigation -Clean and fluid site flowCons - Slightly more variation in AI responsesLikelihood to Recommend - I am able to respond to my reviews in 24hrs, and do not have to struggle to visit many sites to do so. It definitely improved our client connection as clients are made aware that we are reviewing feedback quickly, and responding in real time!Return on Investment - Birdeye has definitely elevated our customer service -Birdeye has made it easy for clients to leave positive reviews(more reviews than ever now) -It has saved hours of work for me as a managerUsability - It is simple, intuitive, and relatively comprehensive.

Birdeye to the rescueUse Cases and Deployment Scope - We use Birdeye to help with our online reputation, chatbots and reviews. After getting onboarded, we hit the ground running. We immediately noticed an increase in communication from our website and Facebook. With Birdeye's support, we were able to quickly respond to employees, potential customers and current clients. The tools aren't cheap but they have seemed worth the cost.Pros - Client Reputation -Chatbot -Customer ServiceCons - Price -Online contact information -Contract renewalsLikelihood to Recommend - If you are in need of increased client or employee reviews, Birdeye is a great resource. Not only will they set you up with the service, they will help you execute on the plan. They will keep you accountable to using the service and executing the plan as well. Chatbots are good as well but there are cheaper services now.Return on Investment - Improved Client Communication -Increased SEO -ROI has been solidUsability - The user interface is not difficult and the onboarding process is pretty helpful. Their customer service has walked with us the entire time and makes sure we have what we need when we need it. We have had no issues at any level in using Birdeye. A few people on staff thought it was a bit clunky at first, but eventually came around.Alternatives Considered - We have not use any other products similar to Birdye. Not sure what elese to type here, but we are pleased with Birdeye and don't intend to use anything else similar to do what Birdeye does for us.Other Software Used - Fieldwire, Foundation

Online Reputation Builder Pros: Quick access to all reviews. Easy AI-powered ability to respond to reviews. I like the Birdeye helps build our online reputation Cons: Phone app is good but surveys don't read well on the phone. AI can be a little repetitive and would like it to have more variety in responses. Overall: Birdeye is the center of our online reviews program. Birdeye solicits reviews and allows me to quickly address positive and negative feedback

In a review driven world, Birdeye is a necessity Pros: I like how it is able to be integrated into our ERP platforms and how it helps us maintain our online reputation. I don't even have to think about sending someone a text or email asking them for a review. We are able to customize how/when we engage with our customers and it has been a delight to work with. Cons: I genuinely can't think of any negatives to Birdeye. I've never ran into any issues at all with the software. Overall: I've been using it for 6 years as a Property Manager and it has been great. Now more than ever, reviews are so incredibly important for your business. They're almost as important as having a website or a phone number for someone to call and ask questions. They are a place where folks can give unfiltered takes of how they feel their experience at your business was. Birdeye makes managing this super easy and I didn't think I would at first - but I have really enjoyed some of their newer AI features.

Long Term Customer + Fan! Pros: I like the fact that they are continually trying to innovate. The core product does exactly what we need to help us capture more online reviews, communicate virtual and capture actionable insights. As we've been a customer longer, we see them leaning deeper into AI components that can produce more robust data and insights. The rep that handles our account is also very responsive and helpful when we do have issues. We can track how many leads go from Birdeye to converted sales and it shows the true value for the money we get with our investment every monthly. Cons: When signing on with Birdeye, setup was well handled. However, we tried to work on some custom features that took much longer than expected. It did eventually come to fruition but much later than anticipated. Rely on the core product as your gage for your decision and you will save some of the hassle we experienced. Overall: We moved to Birdeye from a similar platform. They were able to import all information from our prior platform to theirs, which was a huge plus. Onboarding team was on top of things. Our account rep has always been friendly, helpful and available. We have dug deeper into the features over time, as there are many and that can be overwhelming when tackling them all at once. Overall, it has been a very positive experience.

Great for Surgical Practice Pros: Communication with our patients. My favorite took is the internal messages. It allows for in office use. Cons: It sometimes logs me off mid-conversation causing the message to delete and us having to restart the message. Overall: Our clinic staff loves it. Its a great service. Love that we can crate templates for quick use when needed

Good for Our Biz Pros: The easy automation of reviews - receiving them and the auto responses. With this comes the overall brand and reputation protection. Cons: Some of the automation features for responses could be more intuitive. For example, certain words found in the review = a certain response. Overall: BirdEye helps to build a reputation and maintain it. It's easy to use and when you need help, you can usually get a human in short time. I also like the social media interface.

Easier to connect with patients via Birdeye texting vs calls/emails. Pros: It's easy to text patients - being a medical practice. The Hipaa-compliant security is a must. Customer support is always speedy. Cons: We lost some important templates and our phone number at one point, which meant we missed a lot of correspondence from patients. Overall: Convenient for sending post-appointment reviews to guests. We get better responses throughout the day via Birdeye texting vs phone calls/emails.

Great product and even greater customer service! Pros: Birdeye's platofrm is user friendly and their customer service is second to none! Implementation was easy, efficient, and timely. Cons: So far, nothing to note! From the onboarding process to demos and day-to-day use, we are really enjoying the platform and the service. Overall: From the beginning, our agents listened to our needs and the solutions we were looking for. I feel like a valued customer and that this product is a worthy investment.
