Satisfied overall Pros: The software keeping track on my reviews. The texting service. Cons: It is simple and foesn't do a heck of a lot sure its fun to have everything in the same place but i think its expensive for a «reminder» reputation stacker hade similar for 60 a month. Overall: Good service and walkthrough, easy to use software.

Fenix Ammunition Pros: I like the tie-in with Google Reviews and the ability to send information via text message. Cons: Needs to be an 'all in one' solution so I don't have to purchase multiple application from different companies in order to get what I need. For example: - Needs to have product reviews - Needs to be able to push and retrieve data from Mailchimp and other mass email marketing applications Overall: So far, it has been a good experience. We're already seeing additional reviews come through. Hope to see that continue.

Awesome software! Pros: Reviews rolling in on the first day - I LOVE BIRD EYE! Cons: the cost - wish it was a little cheaper but I do see the value of the cost Overall: great customer service - looking forward to working together

one of the best team i have worked with. I made one phone call and they did not waste any time, this lead to cascade of events, towards integration of my new EMR Athena Health with Birdseye. They keep me posted on each and every step of the way. I got regular phone calls explaining what they are doing and what I need to do on my side. I am very impressed, and I will and I am recommending to my friends in a heartbeat.

I just had a quick question about if I needed to manually do anything with our STOP responses. I had an answer as fast I had a question, so I could move on with my work!

She was wonderful. I didn't know the passwords for us to get into the server, and she was pt. while we gathered the information to move forward. She comes highly recommended. She was very informative.

Onboarding Birdeye Pros: The initial call was very informative. The customer representative was very professional and timely in getting back to me. Cons: We just started with Birdeye and so far I think it is very user friendly and I don't have any complaints. Overall: I think Birdeye is a great company to work with.
