Positive Reviews EVERYWHERE Pros: We've had more positive reviews (while receiving fewer negative ones) than ever since adding Birdeye to our marketing. I love that reviews are added to FB automatically when they're 5 stars. Cons: Set up was rather time consuming, but so worth it.

We have had minimal problems with Birdeye, but when questions arise, I can easily get online support through chat. you always follow up with an email as well.

The customer success manager that helped us set up our account was Taylor Conrad. She was very prompt and took the time to listen to our questions and was able to answer everything. She was very patient and had such an enthusiastic personality. We've set up other accounts in the past with other people but none can compare to Taylor. She actually made setting up the account fun!
