The customer success manager that helped us set up our account was Taylor Conrad. She was very prompt and took the time to listen to our questions and was able to answer everything. She was very patient and had such an enthusiastic personality. We've set up other accounts in the past with other people but none can compare to Taylor. She actually made setting up the account fun! You guys did a great job hiring her and believe she is a great asset to your company. Thanks again, Taylor!!

Has increased our visabilty to the public Pros: The software has helped us increase our overall presence on social media by allowing patients multiply ways to leave us a review. Cons: The only remotly thing I can even think of is that we don't post to yelp, but that is by our choice. Overall: It has really given us the window to show our reviews to potential patients

So far we have been very happy with the services provided. Getting everything started has been fairly easy, and everyone has been super helpful. Not to mention they got us more google reviews in a weekend then we had gotten in the last 6 months.
