Game changing product. Finally a product that actually gets online reputation Pros: After countless hours wasted on our own efforts trying to obtain reviews, we gave into Birdeye. Why did we wait so long!!! We love it because it works! We saw instant results and the features do exactly what they told me it would. Super user friendly so anyone can learn with minimal training. Cons: We would love for it to interface with our medical EMR without having to get a third party involved. We need it to be automated so we aren't manually uploading every 48 hours. Overall: Great online reviews

Our experience with Birdeye software and the staff has been wonderful. Pros: The easy to use platform takes the guesswork out of promoting your practice with online reviews. Birdeye has increased the volume of reviews for our practice, thus improving our online presence. Rosalind is a gem. She provides exceptional support, excellent follow through and responds quickly and efficiently to all correspondences. Cons: It is difficult to answer this question. Currently we do not have any cons with the Birdeye software.

Great product - amazed by outstanding results in first 30 days Pros: We are looking for a reviews platform that can help us get more reviews on google for our 7 real estate properties. We were considering 3 platforms and I'm glad we finally picked BirdEye. In the first month of our service, we got 73 google reviews. The entire marketing team is amazed to see the results Overall: So far we have seen great improvement in our review volume and online ratings. We are hopeful that this will help us get more customers and enable us provide better customer experience.

I have been working with Birdeye for about a year. I like there system for acquiring reviews from multiple different review sites. I received good customer service from this company and they are the most reasonably priced platform I have talked with. I worked with demandforce for about a year and Birdeye in my opinion offers a superior service for about $100 less per month. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star review is that my landing page does not rank really well with my automotive repair keywords. We have the Birdeye badge with reviews on our website so there is value in that feature but I wish the landing page was ranking better. Birdeye...If you can get my organic rank for my landing page up higher for the automotive keywords I will change this review to a five star review. Over all I have been a satisfied customer and believe the service that Birdeye offers is valuable and their prices are very reasonable and competitive.
