Our company Premier Software assists law firms and have provided Birdeye to many of our law firm clients, with great results. To quote two separate attorneys in the last month, one family litigation attorney said it has 'helped immensely' and another estates and elder law just last Friday 'exponential' increase in activity. I don't know where to start in regards to my experience with Birdeye. The first person I spoke to was Heather, and she was very graceful in the process our practice took in picking someone for our reputation management. She wasn't pushy nor did she harass me with constant phone calls or emails, which is greatly appreciated. Once we decided to go with Birdeye, I was put into contact with Jacqueline, who I can not thank enough! She is friendly and amazing with correspondence. She has always kept me on my toes and always with a smile in her voice. If you're a medical practice and are looking for reputation management, don't waste your time and go straight to Birdeye. They really are efficient, user and patient friendly.
