He was very informative and super patient with my lack of preparedness and I thank him for it because god knows he needed to be patient with me lol. A good communication platform with customers. Overall a positive experience, and well organized company. PROS The ease of being able to send messages to our customers, and stay in contact with them. Especially with reviews. CONS During most monthly meetings, they tried to upsell us on products that we didn't really need.
