Excellent customer service and training! Both Haroon Basha and Hitesh Yadav were extremely helpful. Hitesh gave me an informative tutorial and answered all of my questions. When we ran into an issue on my end, he was happy to schedule a follow-up to help me and teach me all of the BirdEye socials features. This platform will definitely help me to promote my business even better! Thank you!!

Excellent company that provides multiple services in one app and desktop. From reviews, to referrals and social media posting, Birdeye does it all. No need to pay for two or three companies. Birdeye has you covered and their customer service has been excellent.
